As you enter the store the dishes are all displayed beautifully. The are glazed on the inside and unglazed on the outside giving a matte finish. Each piece is hand thrown and so finally made. The young man in the store was so pleasant and helpful in showing me all the colors quoting me the prices. He'll explain the process of making these beautiful porcelain pieces. They've been open only since June so if you have not yet been there you will want to check it out. The colors are beautiful, very soft and will definitely fit any decour. I love walking down third Avenue, such an array of exciting shops.

But as we walked around the store, everything grabbed our attention. The curation of items was full of care. I could have taken almost anything home. The donabe cooking vessel is the central item here. I long to buy one, but since I don't know much about them, I opted for the donabe cookbook (signed!) by the owner first and a stunning mortar and pestle. The service is very Japanese: very kind and grateful. We had no problem finding parking on the street. Prices seemed reasonable for the specific items. I will definitely keep this in mind for beautiful and unique gifts. Looking forward to my next visit and perhaps my first donabe!

He travels all over and has collected many beautiful things! There was another lady who helped us and she was so nice and walked us to find a no glitter star that would fit on a small tiny tree! We were so grateful for her! This place has street parking and signs to point you the right way! It's sucha cute place with everything you could need and a warm atmosphere. I LOVE Christmas and didn't know of any other stores dedicated to just Christmas decor. I knew I had to go. I didn't take any photos inside the store but have included photos of the kugels (heavy glass ornaments) I found. I ended up going twice in 1 week. On my first trip I bought a few kugels but decided to check out some antique stores to look for more before buying too much. I ended up not finding anything I liked at the antique stores and immediately went back to Kyer's and bought several more ornaments. I found many things I didn't see the first time. All of the staff is very friendly. I definitely will be a repeat, long term customer as long as they keep popping up

I don't have the time to try and figure out what video is for my product. After a very rude interaction with David he sent me a link to ALL of their product "instructions". what they are calling instruction but are just pictures of someone putting the item together. What I really need is what bolts go where. I'd never buy anything from them again.

I got them in the mail, along with a free tube of lipstick with--complete genius--a built-in mirror (how does every lipstick not have this)! Then I tried to get the pants on and found I couldn't get them past the top of my thighs. I was a bit devastated as I have been pretty frugal lately and was looking forward to buying my first piece of clothing in quite a while. The pants had been marked final sale on Garmentory, but in total desperation I phoned the store. Andie answered and instead of the let-down I was expecting, she patiently explained that the style is pretty tight at the top and I should try to work with them, but that in the mean time she would ship another pair of pants in the next size up and I could keep whichever fit better! I was so relieved and so grateful! While waiting for the other pair, I tried to get into the first pair I had ordered again, and with some help from some tights, I got them on. I realized she was totally right, and that they would probably keep getting a little easier to put on after that and that I did indeed have the correct size as the top fit perfectly once they were on. Overall, Andie just went above and beyond making sure that I was happy with the pants, and was so patient and kind, even when the first replacement pair got lost in the mail. She seems like a truly sweet person and I hope I can support her store more in the future.

This cute little store is called: Artesanias JD or Artesan JD. Artesanias JD specializes in Mexican/Latin American inspired Handmade and Handcrafted Artisan Products : Clothing, Jewelry, Pottery, Table Runners, Kitchen Accessories, Hammocks, Novelty item, trinkets, Wall Art Work; and more (homemade food!). I love their beautiful handcrafted products. We bought a lot of fragile items and I appreciate how the sweet owner wrapped each items up with care - thank you! Also, don't leave here without trying some of their delicious homemade food! Food: Delicious! Homemade guisados type tacos/burritos, mole, tamales, (Mexican/El Salvadoran), flautas. Not a large menu.
