I decided to get my toes and nails done. Normally I go to someone in house because of how outrageous they act in the nail salons, but out of desperation I gave in and went. Well unfortunately I had a budget as well and I told them that up front so that it was known, because we know how they like to add 5 for this and extra 5 for that. They were mad at me for having a budget and kept being rude and changing the prices and then just tried to force me to get gel nails because she didn't want to give me the cheaper price for regular price. payed $60 for crooked and deformed nails after waiting almost an hour. the sign said $40 and up for what i got but i was not expecting $20 up especially for what my nails looked like finished. i went back in with my sister after i payed to ask about the price and was told they were so expensive because of the length. they are not what i asked for and just bad nails in general. i was rarely asked my opinion as she was working on them. i pointed out that the color is not what i asked for in the image descriptions, but she did ask me if the color she was using was okay, however it was after she had already started applying it, and i said it was okay, but i was not expecting her to only do two coats. When i pointed out my pointer finger was crooked she assured me they would all be fixed when she filed them. when she had already started painting them and i realized at least 3 were crooked i just gave up. now i am stuck with ugly nails or cutting them off and throwing away $60. i sat at table #6 if that helps anyone. read more

Came here because it was the only nail salon open on a Sunday that I could find and I wanted to get a pedicure. Sat down in the chair and asked for the pedicure menu. I was told they only do one pedicure. Alright, well it only took her about 10 minutes to finish it. There was no leg scrub or massage, like you would usually expect. If I wanted to just paint my nails and put some lotion on my legs I could do that by myself for far less than $30. read more

well! After I walked in and told him I needed a fill-in and a pedicure. I showed her a picture. She said she could do that to my nails. She would have to put down a color so you didn't see my real nails when she got done she sent me in the pedicure chair, after looking at my nails, I pointed out that there was bubbles that she didn't do nothing to my real nails on the back and that you could still see my real nails underneath it, so is there anyway that we could just paint them black? she informed me that she would charge me $25 extra And then became almost all right with me to the point where she just started to ignore me would not speak as she was working on my toes. I spoke to the manager Jenny (I had to after the lady working on my toes quit speaking to me) and she informed me that it was because I didn't make an appointment with her that my nails look like that both her and the lady working on my nails was very rough with me jerking my hand Jenmy the manager even raised her voice to yell at me in front of other customers then charged me $48 to get my toes done when the wall says 24 never fixed my hands Very rude and very unprofessional and told me my nails was old that could also be the reason why they looked bad! i told the lady I was going to turn them in ( as she was literally ripping my real nail of mf the fake nail) she laughed and said who can you turn us into!! read more

I used to come to this place all the time and then I stopped came back today to give it another chance. Everyone here is so rude and demanding. Mind you it's hard to understand the accent and when they have to repeat themselves more than once they get an attitude. It was not just one employee but at least 3. My first visit here. The salon is open from 8-7pm from Monday through Saturday and 9-5pm on Sundays. I walked in for fingernails acrylics and manicure and polished toe nails with pedicure. I was instantly greeted by the owner. After about 10-15 minutes of wait time, I was seated and ready for a pedicure. Toe service was done by a lady name Chantoon (not sure how to spell her name). She apparently only do pedicures and regular nail polishing. Makes me wonder if she was even certified. But she gave me a quick lower leg and foot massage along with the electrical seating massager. I was expecting a better pedicure service. There were still extra skin around my cuticles. I went home with some extra skin that I had to cut off and clean out myself. My foot seevice was done in 20 minutes. My "manicure" and acrylic nails was done by Tee. I wish she had spend more time cleaning my nails, filing it evenly. She needs to work on powdering and filing/shaping the nails. My acrylic was thick. I asked her to clean my nails in the inside and she didn't do a great job on that either. i went home having to give myself a bit more tender care on mani n pedi. $45 for a manicure & gel polished with acrylics. etc..Colored nail polished and pedicure with massage and callus remover was a total of $27. I was there at the shop for about two hours. Although, I left the shop feeling pretty because it has been a while since I had my nails done..I wish I could receive a lot more better care and service. I'm not usually one to post a bad review, but this was absolutely the worst place to get a set of nails put on. ( Jenny Palace Nail) Along time ago the girls and I went there for pedicures terrible! I've vowed never to go back haven't missed wasting my money at all there. However my daughter took my granddaughter there again worst nail job ever! So they went there after having paid $40 to get a set of nails put on we simply asked that they remove them the owner took immediate offense was very irate with me telling me there was nothing wrong with the nails. I said could you please look at them? It only went downhill from there she refused to Even look at them. Long story short Central Nail in boiling Springs was more than happy to get her right in and fix them!!! What a world of difference when you actually have a real professional do a great job!!! This place is a joke! Came in with my mom, they told us to wait 10 minuets. We waited 30.. which I understand and wouldn't mind if they actually did a good job and compensated with their good nail skills. When they sat us down, I showed the lady what I wanted-wanted to try out a style I want for my wedding in a few weeks-she looked at me like I was crazy for actually wanted some design on my nails with a French tip.. so I backed off and didn't even bother with insisting they try. The lady didn't ask me how long or short I wanted my nails and right away started painting my nails with the first coat of Gel, when I said I wanted regular nail polish, she insisted i do Gel instead of regular and told me I'd have to wait longer for regular. So I agreed to gel and she started doing my nails. When I realized she didn't soak my hands, push the cuticles, and all that "normal manicure" jazz, I asked if she could make my nails shorter. She got nail clippers and clipped them so crookedly-without filing them down and fixing it. She then proceeded to apply the rest of the coats. The nail polish coats overlap the cuticles, some are super crooked and overall a horrible experience. My moms first time at a nail salon couldn't have been worse. She came in wanting a specific color, they told her that that specific nail polish is bad and offered a sparkly one which looks funky. They didn't do any of the normal manicure work for her either when the ladies next to us had all that done... they charged us for a regular manicure yet didn't do any of it other than apply nail polish. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They aren't capable of handling themselves in a busy hour, rush through it, aren't careful, and sloppy. read more

My first time coming here I got my eyebrows done and the lady that did them did a terrible job. I came back a second time to give them another chance and again I was disappointed with the service. My eyebrows looked as if they hadn't even been arched. Also, the shop smells like cigarettes.
