It serves its purpose--you sit and watch a movie. The seats are quite big but quite uncomfortable. And there is only one cup holder for every 2 seats. What if several people near each other have a drink? Also, you pick your seats when you buy your tickets, which is very cool, but for someone who has never been to that theater before (like me) it's hard to guess which seat is best (good distance and angle to the screen). We ended up feeling closer to the screen than we had wanted to. Next time we would know which seats would be better. But I'm not sure there will be a next time. Limelight is more comfortable and way cheaper!!

Plus added a drink. Paid more. Tried going through customer service next day when I checked how many dollars left and they said this is correct. (Not stupid people really I am not stupid. Same size drinks and popcorn). Oh and popcorn was a third full of unpopped popcorn. Yummo! I have been a member since beginning but this is soon to end through all the constant problems. The state of this cinema is dangerous. Last week elderly patrons entered the theatre and did not…read moresee the signs that said the seats were broken. One of them sat down and fell backwards hitting her head on the floor. Locals keep going to the theatre in spite of the dreadful conditions and lack of maintenance. Last summer one theatre had no air conditioning for months and months and you had to sit through hot airless conditions if you wanted to see the movie in that particular theatre. Young staff are often embarrassed that there are broken seats or a lift that is out of action or air conditioning not working.

Great sound, nice big screens and plenty of room to enjoy your movie experience. Seats are preallocated on purchase.
