Extremely Disappointed - Damaged My Jacket and Took No Responsibility. trusted this dry cleaner with a jacket, and I deeply regret it. When I first brought it in, the owner said it might not be safe to dry clean. Then she looked at the care label--which clearly said dry cleaning was allowed--and changed her mind. She told me she'd show it to her husband first and decide based on his input. She even wrote a note about it, so I assumed they would be careful. I picked up the jacket only to find it damaged. Worse, the owner acted like she didn't remember any of our conversation and showed zero accountability. No apology, no effort to make things right. She refunded $20--despite the fact that I had spent $200 that day on other items (2 coats, 3 tops, 3 dresses, and pants). What upset me most wasn't just the damage--it was the attitude. No remorse, no ownership, and no professionalism. I will never go back, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting them with anything valuable. read more

It was my first time at a dry cleaners ever. I did my research, my mom gave me her H&M wool coat recently and it was a bit dusty from sitting in the closet for so many years. I saw this dry cleaners because its by the Trader Joe's I always go to. I asked for a basic dry cleaners for this coat. The woman at the desk was nice and friendly and I even complimented her nails. I told her I was new she said she would give me a first time customer discount. The estimate I asked most cleaners in the area over the phone was $17-30 for a wool coat which is average and I guess it is my own fault for not asking exactly how much it would at this particular cleaner it was just on my way somewhere so I figured I'd drop it off. Please tell me why I went to pick it up and this woman charged me $39. I went in my car and was like nooo way was that the right amount maybe she forgot my discount and so I called her and that was apparently with the discount, I was like welp my bad. I was honestly shocked. I could've bought a brand new wool coat lol (no not really) but almost I mean especially an H&M one anyways that was outrageously expensive. I should've read the reviews, it looks like they up-charge because they don't want or don't get many return customers, that's just my personal opinion on why it would cost above industry standard and supposedly with a discount. This was learning lesson to ALWAYS ask, don't be nervous even if you're new. The coat is clean so thank you guys but I would never pay that much to dry clean an H&M coat with no stains or anything. read more

He gets his work uniform dry cleaned and considered it one of the places that does a good job with the military press. They have a same day expedite service and free pick-up and delivery. This cleaner was horrible. I dropped off two items, a dress and a coat (which were overpriced for cleaning). The coat had some staining which is why I took it to the cleaners. At no point when I gave them the coat did they say these stains can only be removed with a wash treatment. I get the coat back and notice the staining and question why it still looks horrible and they say, "well we couldn't have ever gotten this out with dry cleaner". Ummm so why did you take it in? She explained that they could have tried the wash treatment but they had my number and at no point did they call and say "hey this coat can't be cleaned would you like to change the service." They just let me waste my money. And when I should my disappointment and said most cleaners at least are transparent when their services might not work the clerk said, "well go back to them". It was ridiculous and I wish I would have checked yelp before I went because based on their ratings horrible service is clearly their specialty. read more

Wow oh wow I was in shock. I dropped off a coat and a shirt for my wife. I picked it up today and it was $53.70. I thought she was kidding when she said that. I will take some of the blame for not asking how much when I dropped it off but come on. My wife could have bought a new coat for the $45 they charged us to clean it, plus when we got it back there was still cat hair on it. Nice people, but mediocre cleaning and attention to detail. When I bring my clothes home I expect that I can pull them ff the hanger clean and without creases. Instead I had a sweater that I needed to clean again and a dress with such a large wrinkle in the front it needed to be pressed again. Then there is the matter of the cost. It's always one sided story, but they don't care about our complaints. All these years, that's how they treated my garments, I have to think. 1. My shirts are not being cleaned. Yes, my colour got dirty after wearing 2 or 3x every time. None is washed clean at all. When I showed them, the worker told me that I have to 'dry clean' my shirt?? Dress shirts being dry cleaned? 2. Missing buttons. There's no way they could miss a oop button on shirts. 3 shirts out of 6 shirts had missing buttons. They saw it but don't bother to fix. 3. They charged me $5 for men shirts. Why? The worker said, "it was a special handling"... ?? 4. My daughter's romper. Hemming was quoted at $15. The worker said $20 at pick up...??? Wow.... it's a community cleaner, I would support. However, when they do business like that? Further, no effort shown to rectify the situations, then they have no intention to service. All these happened in last 2 months. The women at this cleaning service are rude & not welcoming. I've been here now twice. The first time I picked up a dry cleaned item, they act as if you are bothering them. Today I asked if they could take my bust/waist measurements as I was bringing them a garment to have altered. The seamstress wasn't pleasant either and wanted 10.00 to measure me. This is a family owned and operated business and Mary & Sean have been running it with friendliness and honesty for the past 25 years. They are very attentive and pay close attention to the smallest of details. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is impeccable. They follow all the safety regulations so there is no risk to the environment. There is so much more that I can say but the best is for you to experience yourself. Went here about 5 times. The first couple were ok. I think because i was a new client they paid attention. I wear a uniform and use a military press on my shirts. I had 4 done today, all the creases were totally screwed up and the shirts had wrinkles all over. The work was obviously not reviewed in any way. I took a fully lined ladies buisnes sport jacket in to be repaired by their seamstress. I tore the stiching out of the arm pit. They did a very nice job repairing it, lookes better then factory and they charged a very resonable price. They also cleaned the jacket, even though i only came in for the repair, and i don't think they charged me for it. if they did, then this place is beyond resonable. They had very friendly staff that spoke english clearly. read more
