They did a color match to meet HOA requirements, and did all the exterior patching and small details that we asked them to repair. Christian is the main point of contact, and he handled any and all questions professionally. After they were completed, they asked that we do a walk-through to point out any imperfections or errors that we might notice. Once we let them know, they returned to clean up any paint that might have mistakenly got onto the windows. It has been a couple months now and everything looks stellar so far. I found out that they will be back after six months to make sure everything is looking good. They even left the remaining paint for us! Their pricing wasn't the most inexpensive quote of the three, but their pricing was competitive and I felt the most comfortable trusting them with our home given the quality of paint and the years that it would stay looking good. The follow-up and customer service has been stellar. I highly recommend them!

When I was upset about this, they gaslit me and said I was giving them a hard time and cancelled the job out from under me. I was able to get in touch with a manager at that point who took over scheduling and got the job completed. But the overall experience wasn't great.

I hired Victor and his crew to paint the outside of my house.  Things were going ok, so I asked…read moreVictor if he knew how I could get a line or thin crack out of my ceiling. He said he could get it out but the ceiling would need to be painted when he was done. He said something about it being tape from a previous job. Although I paid for the first job with a card, he specifically asked me for cash for the 2nd job, which I agreed to.  After the ceiling was done and he had my money, I noticed the line was still there.  When I questioned him about it, he said I needed another company to get that out.  He said it as if it was obvious and he knew he could not have gotten the line out. He offered no other information and did not offer any of my cash back. He also did not offer an apology. That ceiling did NOT need to be painted, I needed that LINE OUT. In addition, I noticed outside that they dropped dark brown paint in my driveway and in the back on my light beige patio, and LEFT it there.  No effort to clean it up. I tried to get it up, but ended up having to repaint the whole patio.  The thing that bothered me the most was that they had to remove screens that were very high up on the house to paint.  Victor assured me they would return to put the screens back up.  After not returning for a week, I called and spoke with Victor who said it would be done in a few days. Over the next month I left several voice, and text messages.  It has been 5 months, NOTHING FROM VICTOR. Those heavy duty screens help to lower utility bills and keep neighbors from seeing inside your house. If I walk outside my upstairs bedroom, my neighbor can look right at me if he is in his upstairs hall. That is on my mind on a daily basis. Victor appears to be kind, soft spoken, and will smile in your face, but I would not recommend him for anything. I wish I had gone with someone else, even if they cost more. The acceptable price Victor gave me was not worth it. Be FOREWARNED!
