He walked around my house and counted windows and then gave me a quote at $8 a pane with a $100 discount. I agreed to his quote because I knew that $8 a pane was an okay price--especially with $100 off. I wanted to know how many panes I had, so I walked around and counted after the cleaner started working. I was surprised to find that the price he quoted was more like $10 a pane, unless he miscounted. I talked to him and he recounted my windows and gave me the final price that ended up being the same as the first price, but now each pane was at $10! He did give the $100 "discount" and we ended up at about the same price. Then he told me they didn't do one of the upper windows and screens because of the way the solar screen was screwed in. He knocked a little off the price after that confession. I paid him because that's what I agreed to as a dummy. I'm honest and fair, which is something I can't say for this business. I will give an honest review as well! When I inspected my basement windows, I found that one wasn't cleaned at all and another looked worse than before. Again, I should have inspected everything before paying him. Don't make my mistakes!

Eddie is a master in his craft, his attention to detail is really something else and his tile work is pure excellence. Our project manager, David, was exceptional from start to finish. He kept us within budget, communicated clearly, and consistently reassured us as we moved through each phase of the project. The remodel took about four weeks from demo to completion, which we felt was a very reasonable timeline, it was only delayed because our designer did not order enough tile. A huge shoutout to Angel and Danielo who demoed, built our shower, installed vanity, toilet and flooring. They worked long hours, showed up on time, and corrected any finer details that were needed in completing the job. We would use David again going forward in a kitchen remodel when the time comes.
