Thirty flirty and thriving!!!
Olivia S.

I came here for my 30th with some of my BFFs and I'm not going to lie... I was worried!! Asking people to pay $30+ to come paint something is a lot of pressure IMO. This place had thousands of painting options though and I found the perfect one! Second of all I am very outspoken and made sure they knew that they could paint whatever they wanted if they didn't like what I picked out. Carley, our instructor, was absolutely incredible!! She was so fun and helpful! She also didn't mind me acting like a bday diva which was really the best part. Carley also picked perfect music for the occasion and we were all jamming the entire time. They do not provide food and drink but we BYOBed so it was perfect! my friends were even able to decorate the location. I was absolutely blown away by how much fun we had. Every single person walked out with a masterpiece!!

My husband surprised me with a painting class for my birthday and we had a blast. I expected a large class but, on the plus side it was just the two of us which made our experience even better. Our instructor, Noah was very down to earth and accommodating. He also gave me a free painting to take home as a Birthday gift. For the class which is typically 2 hours you are provided with a canvas and a variety of colors to choose from. Also, you can bring wine, beer, and snacks and they provide you with cups, ice, etc. We will definitely return and hopefully I will get to attend the "paint your pet" class. Not bad for $35.

So fun! I took my daughter and her friend to do a Christmas elf. They really enjoyed doing it. I thought the price was reasonable and since both the girls love art this was a great way to spend two hours. Plus they get a great painting to take home. We did our class on a Sunday afternoon and it was just us. So it was like we had one on one instruction. Our instructor, Lynette, was super nice. She even let the girls take a break to eat a quick lunch. I'm excited to come back and do a class to paint your own pet. You send them a picture of your pet and they sketch it ahead of time and you come in and paint it.

My mother and I went to one of these art gallery painting places and we got to create a memory painting together. My favorite part of the class was looking at everyone else's paintings and seeing that despite given the same instructions, each piece was different. This class makes painting in a social setting fun.

A girlfriend and I went there for a girls night. Had such a blast! We had Gabriella who was so much fun. She was so helpful and made sure our paintings turned out beautifully. It's hard to complain about painting and wine. If you're wondering if this is better than Sips N Strokes, it is. Great place to take the girls.

Awesome, fun time. My boyfriend and I went for a couples night and had a blast. It was worth $35 each! We love our artwork. The instructor Jak was very fun. Also, we don't drink and we still had a blast.

Located in a plaza so easy to find parking . This was my first time doing a class like this . We attended a 4pm class .?Our teacher vel welcomed us by name and directed us to grab a apron . She then wished us happy anniversary. We ended up being the only ones (the class after us was the more popular one ) but it made our evening even more special . I really enjoyed the instructors personality made the class so fun. I brought cheese and champagne and the instructor provided us with cups. You have different brushes and paint colors and are showed different techniques. I loved the way my painting came out! Even though we paint the same thing you really can make it your own

This was my first time and I honestly did not know what to expect. The class was so much fun! Our instructor Krystal was great. She was easy to follow and was funny too. There are games played while canvas dries. You can bring food and wine! Highly recommended!

The ladies at Hammer and Stain gave clear instructions and were helpful with any questions or hiccups that came up. I had a great time doing my project. I loved this outcome and I'm already trying to convince some people to come back with me soon.

This would be great to do with a group of friends. The classes fill up pretty quick so if you see something you want to do, don't wait to sign up. Prices for each class can vary depending on what you want to do. I chose the barn quilt which had varying prices depending on size you chose and whether you wanted it framed or unframed. This was a great way to spend an afternoon. You can bring your own drinks if you would like to enjoy some wine while you work. My class took between 3 to 4 hours depending on how fast you worked. Some experienced people were able to get done quicker than me! Ok I was the last one done and that was with some help from a friend. Lol. But who's judging. There was only one instructor for our class which was probably too few for as many people as there were. However, she was very nice and everyone in the class seemed to be helping everyone else so we made do. I highly recommend this place. I will be signing up for other ones. Really fun and you get something to take home and enjoy!

My friend reserved a table for a group of us, which gives you a time slot to work on your craft. When you are done, they fire it for you, then contact you when it is ready to be picked up. They have such a wide variety of pottery pieces to choose from as well as many paint options and tools. Each paint option was labeled with a number and had a tile showing how the color would end up looking after the firing process, because the wet paint itself is a lighter/different color. Every employee I encountered was a delight, and so helpful. They walked you through the process and helped me with any paint questions I had. I also discovered they have stencils and things like that! There's a big parking lot in the back, or a few spots out front, easy for pick ups. Great experience for any type of outing, and it is family friendly. It's not the biggest space, so I do recommend booking a table. All of the pieces are labeled with a price that comes off in the kiln, and there's a wide range of price ranges for any budget. Some really cute items to choose from. Will be coming back :)

I am so glad I discovered this creativity place leading by talented professional Dori and Scott…read more For the last few years I have been attending weekly evening classes with Dori, natural teacher and great artist. She was teaching me from scratch. I always thought I do not have talent for painting and never tried until I went to this amazing studio. Dori has her own unique way of teaching with her gentle guidance, encouragement and ability to create such a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere during the class. Looking back I see how much progress I did during last years. I learned how to paint from the my photographs beautiful landscapes, still life paintings and portraits. In my class there are students who coming for a year or more, everyone developing their own style of painting with Dori help. I enjoy my classes as well as other students. For the last few years our painting class with Dori was going in parallel with Scott pottery class in a next room. In both classes there is great atmosphere of respect, professionalism and joy. The door between our classes is opened sometimes and we hear how often they laugh while working on beautiful pottery projects. If you would like to develop your creativity and work with wonderful professionals Dori and Scott I highly recommend this art studio (I know that there is a waiting line to get to these classes since old students not leaving them!)
