When we booked the party for a Sunday, we knew about the Farmers' Market, but we had no idea there would also be a car show happening that day. A couple of days before our party, the owner, Leslie, personally emailed us to give us a heads-up so we had time to let all of the parents know that parking might take a little longer. That alone was incredibly thoughtful. With almost 30 ten-year-olds attending, we were definitely nervous about everyone arriving on time and staying within our party timeframe. Leslie and her staff could not have been more gracious or understanding. They knew the situation was completely out of our control and immediately adjusted the plan for us. Instead of rushing the kids into painting, they let us start with snacks and food, giving everyone plenty of time to arrive -- and keeping a room full of hungry 10-year-olds very happy! They were even wonderful about making sure the parents were taken care of with beverages too. Every single person who worked our event was AMAZING. The patience, energy, and kindness they showed with that many kids was impressive! The girls loved the food, the painting, the music and, of course, the dancing. The staff even asked the kids for their favorite songs and played them, which made the party feel that much more special and personal. It's honestly becoming harder to find this level of genuine kindness, flexibility, and humanity in customer service. Leslie and her team didn't just host our party -- they went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great experience. 5+++ stars from us.
