Hired this company to paint the entire interior of our home and remove the popcorn ceiling and wallpaper. It appears they used my bathtub to wash their tools and brushes. Needless to say, I had to have it replaced. They were repeatedly asked not to place dirty curtains onto the bed, but due to the lack of communication between Daniel and his team, the curtains kept appearing on the bed after we removed them several times. Plugs to the TV and cable box were ripped out of the wall, damaging the plug prongs. They failed to properly cover a table that is now ruined. These were all new items as we had recently purchased our home and needed to furnish it entirely. Not to mention, one of the workers helped themselves to items in our refrigerator. From a law enforcement standpoint, that's thievery. When it came time for payment, the comment was made that they would lose 6% if we financed the job. How is that the customers issue or concern, especially when it is offered? They also left a paint mess on our driveway and entryway, which we had to ask them to clean up and tell them, "If you mess up, you clean up." We had some minor work done in the house, and the contractor made us aware of several issues that were neglected during the painting process. Fixtures were not removed in the areas where there was wallpaper. The walls were not properly prepared for painting, leaving visible seams. We reached out to Daniel to have these issues repaired he has failed to get back with us on when these issues will be rectified. Numerous attempts have been made to get a response, nothing but crickets. Totally Unprofessional...never utilized this company...

For comparison purposes, I received another bid from a well known company who advertises often. Max Painting LLC was competitive and slightly lower than the other company. Additionally, my time frame on the project completion was understood and scheduled. The first floor of my house received a fresh coat of paint. My dining room also received crown molding. The painters arrived timely, carefully moved furniture and protected their shoes. I couldn't be more pleased! Next step, the 2nd floor will receive an update and I will hire Max Painting LLC.

Nortex Painting We…read morehired Nortex Painting to paint our kitchen cabinets for $4,000. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. We were originally told the cabinet doors would be painted in the garage. Later we were told there was not enough room -- even though we provided the same amount of space inside the kitchen. This change was never clearly explained. The primer used was extremely strong and toxic. The fumes were so intense that our eyes watered and we had difficulty breathing. We were never advised to ventilate the home properly or consider staying elsewhere during this stage of the project. We were also told the cabinets would be thoroughly washed and prepped before painting. That did not appear to happen. Additionally, the cabinet doors were hung from the top during painting, which left visible punch holes. They should have been hung from the bottom to avoid damage. After the job was completed, we requested the owner come inspect the work. His response to our concerns was that "there was only one person who was ever perfect," which did not address the issues we raised. Communication was also difficult, as the workers did not speak English and we were unable to discuss concerns directly during the project. Overall, we expected a professional, properly prepped cabinet job for $4,000 and did not feel the quality matched the price.

Excellent work.  Plan to contact them again for another project.  After much research, it was…read morenarrowed down to 3 companies and received quotes from each.  The quotes were within $100 of each other, so that was not a deciding factor.  With each, we walked through every room and pointed out work to be done to include patch, repair and paint.  Our decision was made when Jason from NorTex really listened to what WE wanted done instead of dwelling on the way they usually handle it. One separation and crack was deep and long, and we wanted to replace the sheetrock instead of patching the crack.  Jason said yes and spoke with knowledge about how it would be done and the expertise his crew had in blending the new material invisibly into the wall, especially one skilled worker who could spray on the texture to match.  And it does.  Thomas did a beautiful job.  Jason also recommended a paint with a very low matte finish to blend in with our existing.  Some of the newer paints, even classified as matte, have more of a sheen which would reflect the light in a way that was different from our other paints.  He came by each day to check on the job and was easy to reach, responding quickly.  When he wasn't here, we could communicate effectively in English with the group leader, Thomas.  Finally, they exhibited respect for our property and happily moved furniture and other items, and cleaned up everything when they left.  Would recommend them highly.

I called 4 painting companies to get rid of it. I'm so glad we picked Platinum painting. Eddie ALWAYS personally answered the phone. He never gave me a sales pitch - only important information, including answers to my long list of questions about the process.....Peeling off the wallpaper by hand, repairing the drywall, applying an oil based sealant, texturing the wall, and priming and painting. The crew arrived every morning at 8am sharp and worked until 6pm. They were courteous, meticulous, as if our house was their own home that they wanted to beautify. Most incredibly, the pricing was extremely fair and budget-friendly. It's an absolute no-brainer which painting company we'll use in the future. My wife had recently dropped wood stain and about a week prior, I had motor oil spill on my floor. I had a large area of oil and stain on my garage floor. The owner of this business lived in our neighborhood and had posted a classified notice on our Homeowner's Association page. We reached out to inquire about the price and to see an example of his work. After my neighbor visited his home, he returned to tell me that his garage was impressive and we should move forward. Prior to beginning the project, Walter, the owner, asked us to select from 16 colors for the epoxy and 8 colors for the chips. On the day that he arrived, he began by sanding my garage. This process was lengthy, but incredibly thorough. After he vacuumed the debris, he began applying the epoxy. Afterward, he applied the chips. This process was the most entertaining because he literally through them against the wall to get an even distribution. If he had told me this was his plan, I would have had significant concerns, but the results are exceptional. He worked on our houses for approximately 12 hours and cost about half of what another neighbor spent to do the same work. I can honestly say that my only regret is that I waited so long. I bought this house new and wish I had the epoxy added when I first moved in. If you are interested, I would suggest you reach out to Walter, the owner, to inquire about the price to do this work. While he charged half of what out other neighbor paid, the work will very likely depend on the size of your garage. In the exchanges we had with Walter, he was friendly and responsive.

Tony helped me inspect the work after the job was done, and delivered on fixing all the things that were found. The work was done quickly and the results were absolutely beautiful.
