No one explained the new plus sizing to him, 0, 1, 2 etc. So this robe is HUGE. After Christmas I went in to exchange sizes and was told no. They still had robes of this type on the sales floor. But not my size, which would have required them to order another. I understand that that would have been a pain. I understand it would have minimized the profit. But I now own a robe that must be altered. My husband was so proud of his purchase and so disappointed it did not fit, that I will have it altered. In addition, the clerk said she would see what she could do and would ask the manager/owner to call me, but instead she had to call me back to give me the bad news. The news that the shop was not willing to do anything. Again I will say, pretty things but I will not be back, neither will any of my friends. Buyer Beware.

For ONE single Marintelli's 10oa Juice is $2.99, which is outrageous because at the actual Martinelli's store, you get a 24 count case for $22 which would total 71.76 plus tax here. They do have a lot of cute things but I dont know how they can justify their pricing because I lived in one of the most expensive areas of Cali and their prices weren't even this high. They do not have pricing on a lot of items so I had to ask employees pricing. For a thing of 2 sticky note pads, nothing huge was $8, wow.. I can get a whole case on Amazon for that price. It was snowy outside so most people were in thick jackets. I was in a long sleeve tightly fitted shirt... but yet was followed around and watched by a couple employees. They have a huge selection of women's clothing. They also have: shoes, hats, scarves, jewelry, AWESOME candles, artwork, sunglasses, purses, etc. I seriously love the candles. They are a little pricey but totally worth it because they are the soy candles (basically saying they aren't cheap-o candles and you can also use it as a lotion when the wax is hot, good idea right?) :) The manager here is A-Maz-ing! Her name is Brittany and she calls around to their other stores for me because I want a size her store is out of. She has done this at least 5 times and within a day it's at the store. The selection is good and the staff are okay but they are very annoying! They have some system…read morewhere whoever helps you gets some extra sum of money from your purchase which means that they try very hard to help you. I mean VERY hard. They stop you every couple of minutes asking if you need help with anything which I guess is fine but it's like every 2 minutes and I was just trying to look. They also ask you multiple times every 10 minutes if you need a changing room when you can obviously tell I am still looking. When you respond saying no they ask again "Are you sure?" Also when you are ready to get a changing room they come into the large space where the changing rooms are located. I was with my friend and when I came out to show her the skirt I found, one of the staff said, "I don't think that's for you" and then said "I wouldn't wear it with that shirt." I was wearing my tee shirt that I wore into the store and I wasn't going to walk out with just my bra. You shouldn't give unsolicited negative fashion advice to people. Overall really annoying experience. *Edit* Returned something a few days later, turns out the other staff was very nice! It was probably just 2 of the ladies working their previously.
