I emailed them, called them, and dm them multiple times within the two week return period without any response asking if I could just switch the color. when they finally got back to me, it was past the return period and they told me that the blue was out of stock and they would not give me a full refund but store credit to buy another dress from them instead. I will not be repurchasing anything from them and while they have a great selection of clothes they do not have good customer service and do not respond when reached out to.

It's super cute but the problem is people need to be more realistic with their pricing. I saw a ton of beanie babies and people were selling them for about $20-$25 for the basic beanie babies. I had over 100 beanie babies and I couldn't even sell most of them for two dollars and I had to give most of them away because there's just no market for that. So I think people need to be more reasonable with their pricing on things and maybe do a Google reverse image search to see the actual value of things if they want to sell them
