LOCAL LOCAL LOCAL!! This is one of my favorite shops in Knoxville! Rala showcases regionally made goods ranging from greeting cards to screen printed tshirts to jewelry to toiletries! This is my go-to place for gifts for everyone I know! I would gladly pay a little more for things when I know that they are made just down the road by a person and not somewhere manufactured. The selection is great and always changing and the girls that work in the shop are always sweet and helpful without being pushing.

This place is great for visitors to stock up on Tennessee and Knoxville gifts, but as a local I CANNOT go to market square and not stop in here.

The gals at the front tell me that they cater to the local market of 30-40+ women with cash to thrown down on comfortable threads. But I look around and all their clothes look so cute and trendy for the 20-something crowd too. They have tanks and tops that show plenty of skin and breezy sundresses with sultry slits. Oh fancy! Plus, there are lots of denim options and accessories too. I didn't purchase anything on my visit, although I was very tempted at the bling bar. What an eclectic mix of jewelry. They showcase a lot of metalwork rings, bangles and necklaces which I'm a total sucker for. I also have a huge thing for the rewined candles in the back. Fabulous! This place is pricey but that's what makes it a boutique. I'll have to ca$h in for my goodies another day.

The clothing isn't cheap, but it is good quality and they always package everything adorably with a thank you message and even small gifts thrown in. The aesthetic is almost feminine edgy, hard to find and I've only found one other boutique that caters to this style so far besides Elle! Their sales section is always amazing online, I can't even begin to imagine how good it is in the store. I can't wait to visit in person!

We enjoyed perusing the shop looking at all the fun Knick knacks and gift ideas for Christmas. Great items for little kids to put in their stocking. My 4yr old nephew likes the stuffed animals and cute pens. My daughter came in to look for a sticker that said Knoxville TN which she found. I would have loved to buy something but I didn't because of the rude service. I give the shop selection a 5/5. Service: We were never greeted or even given a courtesy hello at the register. While we were perusing toward the back of the store we heard someone coughing and struggling with breathing. I am CPR trained and recognized she was chocking. I went to the front where she was located. I then asked her if she was chocking and she gave the universal sign grabbing her throat. I helped her take her back pack off and did the Heimlich. She was still struggling to breathe. After the first attempt I did it a second time she was still struggling to breathe. I turned to the workers tell them to call 911 but they didn't even move or look at me. And then did one more attempt, and she was able to spit out what was in her throat. She was crying and able to breathe after. She thanked me and I went back to my family. When I got to the register, I was telling my daughter that the woman was OK and what I had done. The workers at the register didn't even say anything they didn't say thank you. They didn't say is she OK and I know clearly they could hear the whole conversation if I could hear her coughing when I was close to the register. We purchased what we needed and we left. Disappointed at their reaction. I'm sure if there is cameras it was caught, as I was at the entrance. Again the rating would be less if just the service!!!! 2/5 Great shop, bad service!

Great local business with lots of cool and unique items. I wish they still had Havianas.read more

I made my first order off of reap sew boutique a few weeks back, not being fully aware of the…read morereturn policy.. you are only able to return for a gift card but never a full money refund. After I found that out and having the clothes I had purchased be of poor quality, not sitting well, design seeming to be different than what I thought and what it looked like online I tried to give them a call, in which I just explained I understand it's my fault for not knowing the return policy, but nothing has been worn all the tags are attached, is there anyway to make an exception this one time? I had spent hundreds of dollars and didn't wanna waste it on something that's just not gonna work for me I'd rather just get my money back also due to the quality of items. The girl I had spoken to assured me that was not possible but that the owners had just left and I should be receiving a call just to go over all of this... I waited a week and never heard back so I just chose to send everything back and give them another shot. I purchased more items under the gift card I was given for the items I had sent back, after receiving my second order it was even worse than the first! I will post pictures of the dress I thought I was receiving online and the dress I actually received. This boutique has put their boutique name on a dress that has shein tags on it. When the owner spoke to me she was absolutely out of line, commented on my faith and said my "threats are not Christ like" because I told her I would need to reach out to the Better Business Bureau if this does not get resolved... she commented on this being a money thing as if I couldn't afford her items, and that the quality she is proud of... I have honestly never ever had to do anything like this with a small business or a company ever in general, not to mention the way she treated me and made me feel as if I had done something wrong when she clearly is doing something illegal using a SHEIN dress as her own, CHARGING $45 for a $13 dress, when she even stated over the phone call that she has never ordered anything off of SHEIN... Meaning she does not have an agreement with SHEIN to sell their dresses. Based off this experience I would never ever spend my money here and will urge the followers we have in common on Instagram not to as well.

These extended hours shows that they accommodate their customers unlike a number of other local boutiques who simply expect that customers just shop from 10 to 5. This boutique means business. I like that. The customer service is great; the ladies are sweet and not too in-your-face. They offer help if you need it ....and then just let you do your thing and shop. The displays are darling. Very cute. Everything is thought through and organized with a creative eye. The art on the walls are adorable. You can tell they have fun with what they do! Bigger sizes are available for those ladies who don't fall under one-size-fits-all. Awesome! And yet I walked out empty-handed. Here is my two cents on the flip side: Everything looks the same. Your camo chic, fringe-y poncho, jeans, and farmgirl flowy tops that you find everywhere else. I mean if that's what sells..what does it matter tho? I wish there were more fashion jewelry. Sure there were a few things but not enough and I feel like this is a real missed opportunity to sell darling earrings with the ruffle top. Amirite?? The prices need to come down on a few things. A $20 range would help. Besides that...I would have to say that this is one of the most successful homegrown boutiques that knows exactly what its' doing. Props to you, ladies!

There's so much to see and this would be a go-to spot for me for gifts if I lived in the area. I went in twice while staying downtown and fell in love with this cute leather cross-body bag. I was curious to see if the brand/designer was local, so I looked it up online. It was not local and the bag was steeply discounted online (50% off) vs the price at Bliss, so I ended up ordering it online directly from the brand. I do love to support local businesses and shops, but I also have to consider my budget. That being said, this is a great place to stop for a unique souvenir or gift for yourself or someone else!
