Although I didn't find the color I needed, I knew I wanted to come back. When I finally came back to shop, I had such a wonderful experience! I was greeted warmly, had a fitting room started for me, and was tempted to buy half the store! I came back another day for some pieces I didn't purchase the previous time, but they were gone :( There's a sort of thrill and disappointment at seeing the limited availability. Creates a sort of shopping rush to the experience! However, I did notice not all the staff are as warm as I experienced on my first shopping experience there. The last time I went, one staff member, short hair and bright blue contacts, wouldn't even make eye contact with me, and hardly spoke a word.

I waited on the google meet chat for about 10 mins ( I was on 5 minutes early ). The instructions in the email says to give the store a call if no one joins after 5 minutes. Call the store and girl over the phone says she'll get the manager( unfortunately I don't have his name), waited about 6 mins on hold then she comes back and says he'll be on in just a second. I' waited about 20 mins overall on the call and he didn't join. It's unprofessional and I definitely won't be applying to this store again.

Prior to Church, I had mentioned that I needed to pick up a new belt because the one I am currently wearing is beginning to fray. Never say this to a woman who has Kohl's Cash Coupons plus other Coupons because then they are in a feeding frenzy just like Sharks smelling blood. Original thought was to hit the Kohl's in Huntersville on the way back but she found out there was one close to the restaurant in Gastonia so I had little option. She had already been badgering me for my underwear size so she could get a new set so Kohl's was inevitable anyway. It's a well stocked store which is good but at the same time, they have cut back on the sales associates till it almost self serve. Heaven help you if you don't know where thing are located. Found the belts first and found a nice one with excellent quality and a good price. Bought it and may end up buying another in a slightly smaller size if I can hopefully loose a couple of pounds. Underwear was a bit more challenging because my size was not part of the primary display but on an end cap but found what was the right size. With the coupons and Kohl's Cash, it was a good saving overall. I personally thought the replacing the underwear to be low priority but apparently not to my wife. Not the next day but the day after, I went to dress and all of my old underwear had been discarded regardless of wear and had been replaced with the new. It's probably the nicest shop in the entire mall. Prices are in line with the Belk brand. Not cheap but not overly expensive either. I first had to wait in line to tell her to open the cabinet. Then till she took care of customers return and check-out, before she could come to get those items for me. Then she walked back to the check-out counter & told me to line up after at least 6-7 customers. I asked I was waited prior to get the merchandise and I had to wait again. She said yes. I think that's not good customer service to make someone waited for twice in line. Sound like a punishment to someone who needed her extra service. Sorry for my feeling about that. Just put herself into a customer's position.

So I went here the other day to locate an item for pick up per the website. I walked into the store…read moreand there was one associate and two other customers. The associate did not greet me when I entered and I did have to get her attention in order to have a question answered. Once I got her attention she was very helpful and sweet. She explained that the item I wanted to purchase was the one they had on display on the wall. For that reason I didn't purchase it that day but will look to find an alternate option. The store was very clean and like most Kirklands, it seemed a little cluttered. But it's very organized and nice looking. I would definitely come back here again.
