Also she had 3 whole days to figure that out! And let me know!! This was also her appointment to "make it up to me". THEN SHE BLOCKED ME!! She asked a LOT of questions that I wasn't sure of (square or round in the back? How far up w the #3?). I told her I trust her. She spent a good amount of time on the haircut then asked a lot of questions about color. I am in from San Diego and had no idea how to answer. She did not skip a beat and went right to it with a color I "agreed" on. She was methodical on getting the color in everywhere. Then set me aside to wait. My place in San Diego has me sit for 10-15 minutes. After 30, I told her I need to see my mom at 12 and have to get rolling. She told me "3 more minutes". I was patient. Well, this is one of the best colors I've had. Great compliments from my mom and sister (who are quick to heckle me). My stylist obviously had excellent training.
