His quote was reasonable, and his work was fantastic - from patching three small drywall holes and painting only that section of a wall, to clean-up of various nicks and scratches previously incurred, to completely changing the paint color in one of our bedrooms... the patches are not visible, the ceiling lines were clean, blending was nearly invisible, he worked quickly and efficiently, and he performed all cleanup. The two painters finished my son's room with primer and two coats in less than 3 hours. There were also a few (3) minor dings that they quickly put caulk stuff over and even gave me a piece of sandpaper to smooth it out when it dries. I'm stating this because this is an example of going above and beyond the call of duty. They didn't have to do that for me, but they did - at no charge. I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I would try Freddy Painting again in the future to see if his quote would be fair like the first job. He did good work.
