We teamed up and played the trivia game. You had six darts to hit targets for different points then get a multiplier if you get the trivia question correct. While peddling is required to keep the vehicle moving uphill, the car does have a motor so intense peddling is not necessary! Our Captain took us through Dallas/Fort Worth, where we hit up landmarks such as the Fort Worth Water Gardens and took group photos. During the pedal ride, we played multiple drinking games while blasting our Spotify playlists. If I can make any recommendation, definitely dress comfy and bring water. While the pedaling is not that intense, the combination with alcohol did not sit well with me and my chest hurt during parts of the experience. Pedaling breaks and water helped, and it luckily did not break the experience for me. Overall, I really liked Cowtown Cycle Party and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a way to spice up their party.

Who said self care is just massages and manicures?…read more Sometimes a girl needs to go f*ck sh*t up... But, you know, not in the way that results in criminal charges. I was in town on business and decided to take a little 'me time' while I was here. At this rage room, you pay for what you break. They've got different bundles of items for you to purchase... everything from beer and liquor bottles to small and large electronics, to printers (my personal favorite... who among us hasn't wanted to beat the crap out of a printer?) to even a car windshield. And if you're not sure what to order, don't worry, you can always order more stuff if you run out. Unlike my rage room back at home, there's no time limit and you can break stuff 'til your heart's content. For me... That ended up taking a little while. Had some things to get off my chest. The staff was absolutely awesome from start to finish. They explained how everything worked, allowed me to take my time to get ready, made sure I was hydrated and safe and had everything I needed, they were able to get me all of the extra stuff I requested and even checked in with me when I was done. I have a Rage Room playlist on my phone (cuz this ain't my first rodeo) and since I didn't have Spotify or Apple music, they were even able to download all of the songs from my playlist and play it in the room I was in. In addition to the amazing staff and the wonderful atmosphere, what I really appreciate is the emphasis on safety. In addition to face shields and gloves, they also provide full body jumpsuits in a variety of sizes, as well as optional helmets and ear coverings. My rage room back at home does not provide jumpsuits and I have previously come home with glass in my shoes, and little small microcuts all over my arms from the shards of broken glass raining down. So I appreciate that this place has the oversized jumpsuits which fit over my tennis shoes and kept me from getting glass in my shoes or getting cuts from broken glass. I spent about the same amount here that I would for a spa day but this was much more fun. Highly recommend!! Get in here and let that sh*t go!!
