I'm not going to settle with that 300 dollars, because you should take full responsibility of my range. 1. Low customer service quality. You said you would never disappear, in fact you didn't reply my email until I put a negative feedback on yelp. 2. Low work quality. Since you mentioned the stove, that part is actually bad job too. My requirement is hide the gas pipe into the wall, so my freestanding range will stand next to the wall leave no space. What you did was simply move the gas pipe closer to the wall, there is still a huge space between the range and wall, my oil bottle is able to drop into the gap! We need to spend money to hire another contractor to redo your job. If you are unable to reach my expectation, or this project is just can't be done, simply let me know. Not just did a horrible job and tell me "hey, I charge you too cheap." No, your quote is not cheap at all, we have a contractor that worked with us several times and they always did good job, provided a lower quote than yours. The reason I chose you, is you had the earlier availability, that is my fault. 3. I paid $800 in cash, you said $200 is for materials. What material cost $200? You never ever provided a receipt from Home Depot, Lowe's or any other store. That is unprofessional. In the end, I have learned a lesson from this case and want to show it to the other people: Never rush your time to chose a contractor, low price low service quality. The potential damage is much more expensive than what you can imagine.

They painted all of the walls on the inside of the house, replaced all of the rugs and finished each room with trim along the floor. Jesus and his crew also tidied the yard and fixed the gate to our backyard fence. I'm probably forgetting a couple of things. They did a lot of work for us. His crew worked hard, they were reasonably priced and did a beautiful job. We would definitely hire them again! The work started right on the arranged date, and the crew was extremely efficient. They pressure washed the entire house, even the vinyl siding that was not to be painted. The attention to detail was impressive, and care taken to tape and protect non-painted areas. They put in some long days to avoid weather issues! Throughout, Gabriel was instantly available and communicative whenever there were questions. Besides this, he and the crew were genuinely nice people to meet and have around to work on our house. I was a bit of a skeptic with all the glowing reviews but figured, let give him a shot and like many other customers, I couldn't be happier with this decision. Gabriel stands by his work and goes above and beyond with customer service. For exterior house painting, his bid came in competitive and he indicated he would provide 2 coats of paint. As we walked around the house I was impressed by all the items he was calling out that they would take care of after pressure washing and for prep along with his attention to detail. When they showed up to do the work, I provided input on a few things just to make sure that it wouldn't be missed during prep and they always said sure, we'll take care of it without hesitation. Gabriel even helped me understand their process further and explained a few things to me, which I appreciated. During the final walk through, I already marked a handful of small things with tape (inevitably there will always be a few touchups and polishing touches needed) and Gabriel was quick to add more blue tape for items that he would fix. Due to dry rot, this also required carpentry work. In just about a week, they replaced about 40-50 rotten boards, painted the deck wood and walls, did other cosmetic repairs, and ensured everything was moved back to where it was when they were done. Their communication was on point and they always showed up when they said they would. Matt goes beyond as well. He makes sure you're aware of all options on how what kind of finishes are possible and why any might be considered. He addressed structural issues caused by the original builders. He also approaches the project in a manner that ensures the rest of the house won't get damaged during the work (in this case, hoisting all the new and old wood off the roof via rope).
