That was more than agreeable with me. Mark and his helper showed up on time, they were friendly and respectful. They got right to their work. The job was a bit more complex than either he or I had expected and took a bit longer, but he powered through. When it came time to settle up, I was anticipating him saying the job was bigger and the price had gone up, but he is an honest man, and quoted the agreed upon price. That is rare today. Sure enough they came in the morning and worked tirelessly all day and completed all four jobs, including smoothing a cement wall, changing an area of drywall, changing baseboards, painting, changed the fascia and reinstalling an outlet related to patching a hole in an exterior wall. We are completely blown away with the attention to detail and the quality of work. PLUS they cleaned up the whole mess and left the leftover supplies. We are so happy.
