I've had to call them back multiple times for cracked or falling tiles. Yesterday I noticed gaps underneath tiles they supposedly fixed once already. Tried to call them again and it appears they're no longer in business. So much for the "5 year warranty" included in their shoddy work. Looks like I will be out of pocket to another roofer to fix this mess.

They had the roof tiles delivered to my home, left on my driveway and it took them 4 months to complete the work. They do terrible work. They damaged my driveway, back patio and property by not covering any of it. They sent people that do not speak English to my home to work. The picture below shows a van with no company name on it just Roofing written on it. The picture of the van below was filled with 10 illegals that they sent to my home to do the work. The other pictures show the horrible finished product of my roof. It looks worse than before. The Mortar was not mixed correctly. I called them numerous times about it and they refused to stand behind the work they did. Stay away from them!

First off let me explain from who this review is coming from…read more My name is Mark T, I am a retired land developer. I have built over 500 new homes since 1980 and around 2000 Condo units along with some over 55 gated Communities , all in affluent parts of Connecticut. I say this not to brag but for you the potential customer of Level Best Roofing to know and understand what kind of person is giving this 5 star review. There is no body as hard to please as a retired New home Builder/ Land Developer. Matter of fact I had a couple of guys not want to give me prices because they knew upfront I was going to be diligent on the quality of their work. Nick and I agreed on a price , I got a written contract. 10 days later the job was done What can I say other than the job start to finish was done professionally and on time. No added extras , No BS. His men did a bang up job, they took their time and did it right. I literally didn't even have a punch list after the job was over. That in itself is a first for me. I also priced around being I am new to the area, Level Best wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. But being a Builder I just had a gut feeling that this was the company for a my new tile roof to protect me and my family Not much more to say other than the name of the company is spot on, Level Best Roofing is exactly what it means.
