It did take my car about three weeks to get back but only because the at-fault insurance company took FOREVER to respond. The job was completed in about 4 hours like quoted, and the price felt fair for the amount of work done. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is there are a couple small imperfections along the edges (looks like minor tooling marks). Nothing major, but noticeable up close. Overall still solid work and definitely worth it if you need upholstery repairs done.

Finding a shop you can trust with an older vehicle isn't easy. I brought my Tacoma to Eddie's…read moreSmooth Refinishing for frame preservation and underbody restoration. Eddie was straightforward throughout the process, and the amount of work involved was obvious once I saw that the bed had been removed to access and treat areas properly. What impressed me most wasn't just the work itself, but how they handled a concern afterward. When I found a few areas that I wanted touched up, Eddie immediately acknowledged it and worked with me to get it corrected. No excuses, no runaround. That level of customer service is hard to find today. If you're looking for a shop that takes pride in its work and stands behind it, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eddie's Smooth Refinishing.
