That's one of the many benefits of supporting small business owners in your community - they give back in ways that benefit everyone. This open house welcomes everyone. "I've steadily built membership since opening and now have over 300 active members," Lambert said. "The whole joining process is done online. Members can take a tour, get a free 7-day trial pass, view pricing, and join a membership, all on the website." Two years ago, Jason Lambert had a dream of opening his own gym. A gym with no pressure, no judgment, and one that was easy to use and utilize. A gym that was easy to access in a community, open all the time, and easy to come and go- a gym that provided everyone with the tools they need to succeed as far as fitness and nutrition. He succeeded and has created a place in Beavercreek that provides his members with just that. I'm most proud that I've been able to keep attracting new people and provide a very convenient gym that members love," he said. "We have made a lot of people happy." Unlike many large and franchised gyms, 24-7 Gym and Fitness in Beavercreek, offers a quiet outlet for fitness with gym members that are more than just members, they are family. The gym memberships will always be affordable to all and available to everyone that wants to focus on keeping healthy. He also focuses time in giving back to the community through collaboration with other business, fundraisers and other events. "My goal is to keep growing and open more locations," Lambert said. "To be the most convenient and affordable gym out there," Opening the gym has changed me a lot, it has made me look at things differently and opened my eyes to understanding things I don't think you can fully understand until you have your own business. I have also gained a lot of confidence in myself from learning and growing and what I have been able to accomplish so far. OPEN HOUSE SPECIAL 24-7 Gym and Fitness is offering a special to celebrate its 2nd anniversary celebration. Right now, 24-7 Gym and Fitness is offering $0 enrollment for any membership when you sign-up online.

I canceled my membership today after being a member for several years due to ongoing unprofessional…read moreconduct by a trainer, John Hardin. On multiple occasions, I personally overheard John Hardin making sexist and misogynistic remarks in the gym. The most concerning comments involved Jeffrey Epstein and his victims, including statements minimizing the abuse of underage girls and asserting that a 16 year-old could consent, citing age-of-consent laws in other countries. These remarks are entirely inappropriate in any professional environment and especially unacceptable in a fitness facility where members should feel safe and respected. Following the most recent incident, we spoke directly with the owner to report what had occurred. His response was to state that these comments did not happen, despite the fact that they did, and despite this behavior being consistent with numerous similar incidents that have occurred over time. That response was deeply concerning and demonstrated a lack of accountability. When such conduct is dismissed or allowed to continue by management, it reflects not only on the individual but on the culture, standards, and values of the business as a whole. I also find it notable that shortly after I raised my concerns, several new reviews appeared emphasizing how "professional" John Hardin is, including one from a family member. That response does not reflect meaningful accountability or transparency. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before joining this gym. Edit: I have still been unable to get confirmation that my membership has been fully canceled. Since posting this review, additional glowing reviews have appeared, while the prior review from a family member I had mentioned has disappeared, which further undermines confidence in how feedback is being handled. I also want to note that I have never left a negative review for a business before--this is very out of character for me. I would only do so if I felt it was genuinely and strongly necessary, which, in this case, I absolutely do.

Here's where I have the problem: Cell phone dwellers. Last night I worked on a machine in the middle of four different people sitting on machines cruising their cell phones, taking literally minutes between sets. Tonight, I wanted to work on one, last chest exercise, but that machine was taken by a man with headphones, so occupied with his cell phone he didn't even notice my presence. I decided to return 45 minutes after cardio, and that same machine was taken by a husband-wife team who decided that instead of taking turns, it was social hour and chatting time. I wasn't really paying attention to the guy, but one man was in the 30 minute workout room, sitting on his phone. He was there when I went to the drinking fountain, when I started the treadmill - and 8 minutes later. Never actually saw him do a set. The positive: the place is very clean, there are a ton of cardio machines, the hours are great, and they generally have two of every machine. I'd rather have "lunks" than people more interested in cell phones than actually exercising.
