If you're a chocolate lover like I am, it's rich, decadent, and full of chocolate flavor. We also tried one of the sorbets, which was good, but it didn't stand out quite as much as the ice cream. The only suggestion I'd have is to include descriptions next to each flavor on the menu board. With so many unique options, almost every customer ahead of us had questions about what was in each flavor. The employees were incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered every question, which was impressive considering how many flavors they offer. Having descriptions posted would help keep the line moving while making it a little easier to choose. One of my favorite touches was something completely unexpected. They have three-ring binders for each of the 50 states where visitors can sign their names and leave a note. Our group represented three different states, and the kids had so much fun finding our states and adding our names. It's such a simple idea, but it made the experience feel personal and memorable.
