North Tonawanda police did not place these temporary no parking signs within tbe required 12 hour advanced notice and then lied however my surveillance cameras prove they lied. I asked him to break down the fees and he said $150 towing fee, $50 skids fee and $75 gate fee because they are not open on Saturdays. I said that doesn't add up to $400.
