I showed up to pick up my vehicle and the process was horrible stressful. She kept on insisting…read morethat my son could not drive and called him a lair to my face multiple times. She then proceeded to tell me that I had the option of having my son arrested for taking my car without permission, so my insurance would not go up. I ignored her derogatory remarks and tried to get through process of the release as soon as possible. She called the police to have my son's license verified and he was given a sobriety test and breathalyzer, which he passed and we were able to secure my car. She said it was NYS procedure to verify the license; for all pickups. It is not. She called the police because she thought my son was aggressive on the phone for insisting he was allowed to drive. He did not enter the building and was waiting in the car. She approached his car with the police present. He did not yell or swear at her, slightly aggressive from both of them, is what I witnessed. They both need to work on their people skills and this could of been avoided all together.
