I kept trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but after being quoted $2,500 for routine servicing and then getting a quote for a break job that was double what other dealerships were charging, I'm over them. When we bought the car they talked us into a "platinum wrap" coverage package that was supposed to cover small dents, scratches, etc. I've tried to have work done under that package and nothing is ever covered. Not even the smallest things. They touted that oil changes were quick and a comparable price to competitors but it took 2 hours and cost nearly $180. Take your car elsewhere. read more

The dealership had my vehicle for several weeks with out any communication. I had to call the leasing finance company to push the issue and get the dealership to move forward. My last 2 visits have disappointed me, the most recent cost was 1400 and the one before was 1200. I have never in the past have had to spend this much.. I only have 45000 miles.. For the future I will finding a new place to go.. being a woman I don't know if things are needed and the person that I have had the last 2 times is the one that has charged this much. My wife's car needed a fuel pump recall done. I made an appointment about 2 weeks ago for this morning and asked for an oil change as well. They sent her three emails this week reminding us that we were scheduled to come in today. I got there at the appointed time and checked in for my expected wait of 2 hours or so. After about 40 minutes, the service advisor (I think his name was Jasper) told me that they wouldn't be able to complete the recall because they didn't have a necessary part in stock. I complained and they gave me the oil change for free. But that isn't the point ... They knew I was coming. They reminded us three times that they expected to see us. When I got there, they couldn't get the job done. It's not the first time I have had shitty service from Page Toyota. But after this recall if finally handled, it will be the last time. read more

The firs time was on me since I didn't read the small print about the estimate, but the second time, when they gave me an estimate, I told them what I didn't want done. Only would take off $500 and the vehicle was high mileage (90,000) and not certified. My son was involved in an accident over the weekend and needed to make a quick decision. So, if you're in a hurry, you may want to try a different dealer if you're looking for a better deal. Manager there made my wife and son feel uncomfortable negotiating. They also indicated it was a 2015 Corolla and when they were writing up the contract, they said it was a 2014. Ok, honest mistake, we still purchased. So, my advice, if you are looking for a great deal, and you are in a hurry, call ahead and tell them that you'll test drive a car if they will agree to such and such a price. If they refuse, I'd go to another dealer that is more reasonable. Charged Interest rate of over 9% and my son has a good credit rating. AND we put down I think 30 to 40% of the purchase price! They would only let us put down so much on a credit card which I pay off each month. Get your financing ahead of time. I wasn't there and I would have walked on the deal. Friend of mine purchases a 2016 Toyota in Cleveland with only 2100 miles and only paid $14,600. We paid about $10,880 out the door for a 2014 with 90,000 miles. read more

Disappointing experience and general learnings: I'm posting this review after more than a year from purchasing my new Camry from this dealership. As per the vehicle specifications explained by salesman, I was expecting remote start feature in the car. During the time of delivery they mentioned that it would take few hours to activate remote start. Later, I got call from salesman. He apologized and mentioned that the car doesn't support remote start. Dealer will be happy to install aftermarket remote start at the cost $349. Customer service was slow in response and my matter was never resolved. Learnings: 1. When you negotiate vehicle cost, make sure you talk about "out the door" OTD cost and review vehicle's features. If you don't discuss it, then a big surprise will be waiting for you. 2. Once you are done dealing with salesman and you are celebrating your victory on negotiation then they will invite you to the accountants office to finalize the purchase. Pay full attention to the cost explanation and ask a rough draft of cost details in writing ( this is important). They will ask you to pay some amount in cash/credit card. Do not pay anything unless you see rough calculations and itemized bill details. Beware about the extra maintenance offers. In my opinion you don't need it for a new vehicle. They tried to convince me on purchasing a small cost tyre maintenance contract. At this point if the price doesn't match with what you discussed then be prepared to walk away from the deal. 3. Financing: If you are planning to finance your vehicle then make sure you talk to the bank and get yourself pre-approved. This will save you a lot of hassles and $$$ at the time of purchase. The internet rep confirmed it and referred a salesperson to ask for on arrival. Since it was "confirmed", what could go wrong? From the moment my wife and daughter arrived, there were treated with disrespect and contempt. The dealer tried to add over $2500 to the lease, claimed that the downpayment was not included in the national offer, and would not show them the paperwork they used to arrive at their price. This is simply the service department, haven't purchased from them but I will never service a car here again. The parts are priced great (only reason I can give them two stars). The services are also very cheap but you can see why once you service your car here. First time I went here, service was done quickly, and my advisor was friendly. One of the other service advisors was being very rude with a customer though. Second visit, same service advisor seemed to be very agitated. After waiting almost two hours for my oil change (with only one or two other people in the waiting area) I checked to see what was taking so long, turns out they forgot to call me up to the front desk. I waited for over and hour after my car was done. When I got out to my car, they hadn't dried it, so there were water spots all over the entire car! As a loyal Geo Prizm driver (Corolla clone) whose car was about to go...I knew I was already sold on a Corolla. When I got an email from Page advertising 0% interest on 2011 Corollas, I knew it was time to investigate. When I came into the dealership, my sales consultant was Joe and he wasted absolutely no time trying to upsell me or get me away from the car I came for. He was respectful, friendly and built a strong rapport from the moment I walked in the door. When they ran my credit, it was just under the eligibility level for the 0% interest promotion, so my sales consultant and the manager called up Toyota's financing department and got me bumped up to the next tier of credit so I could take advantage of the offer. That one phone call saved me over $150 a month! I was short on time when I came in and I know at least 5 people (sales, porters, manager, detailers) were working on my car alone to make sure that I got a clean, detailed new car with a full tank of gas in about 2 hours! They also gave me a very fair price for my trade in and once my new car was pulled up and prepared, Joe took the few items I removed from my old car and placed them in my new car's trunk. He didn't need to do that, but I appreciate that he took the extra minute to be considerate. Overall, Page Toyota has exceeded every other dealership I have been to due to their willingness to offer me the best price and financing options, as well as the level of teamwork it took to get my car traded in and my new car keys in my hand in about 2 hours. I truly hope to drive this car for decades, so I cannot say I will be back for a new car soon, but I will surely refer anyone in the market for a new Toyota to Joe and the staff at Page Toyota. read more

Went to the dealer to look at a car and was greeted by Mr Ray's and when it moved forward I informed Mr Rays and the finance manager Gorge I would be in contact with my credit union to compare rates, fast forward 2 days later, I get a PPI done and there was an active code in the ECM and told them I was no longer comfortable signing anything with an active code, I was told "You're making this harder than it needs to be". Back and forth goes on and I inform him my credit union has finnaly got me approved and they offered me a better rate so I took it, he told me "we already had a deal, you finance through us". He left and the manager came over to tell me about this "deal" with stipulations I never agreed to. Told me the price if using the CU would be 500 higher. So I left and Mr rays followed me to the door to inform me im being both and I quote "obnoxious" and "a waste of time" for not finalizing the sale through them at 2% higher interest. He also informed me that "you don't get it, do you?" When I told him no, I would not be financing through toyota to immediately finance through my credit union because my understanding is that hurts the dealer. I'm buying a New Toyota RAV4 Hybrid blue color .Manager Jason gave me deal for $29500 out the door, I paid $2500 downpayment to confirm deal. The vin number which I signed is Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Blue color with a black interior . Carmon sales person told me that they gonna get the car for me from other state. After 3 days of payment Carmon told me that I can pick up car on Tuesday after my work hours, Carmon (Salesman) called me 4 times on the same day enquiring about the insurance details & some other details . But he didn't even mention that they bought different car which internal color is different with a manual driver seat and car has already 600 miles on it . Manager Chris called me 30 mins before pick up and told that he can't give me the car for $29500 on the which other manger Jason agreed and took a down payment from me, Manager Chris increased car price to $31500 out the door stating that he can't sell the car for me with the low price . They wasted my 4 days time and money, they did 2 hard enquiries on my credit history and they called me 4 times didn't inform about the change of car vin not even miles that were put on the car. I have all the proofs of their chat history about the car price discussion before signing the deal . Manger Chris is too aggressive on me while talking on phone, he told me that he can cancel the deal 30 mins before the delivery and not willing to give the car for $29500. This dealership was the only dealership in my area that participated with the Costco Vehicle Buying Program. I have all the emails saved and I have the phone calls documented as I have dealt with too many car salespersons who don't know how easy it is to google their claims nowadays. On May 24, 2021 I began the process and Dominica reached out via email. She stated in the email, "We can get any color for you that you like and at the discounted Costco price!" When I went into the dealership and met with another salesperson, Moe, he told me that the chip shortage unfortunately made getting a new car difficult. Let me be clear that I appreciated Moe's honesty and not wanting to waste my time where as Dominica was insistent I come in person to find that the dealership had nothing for me. Moe did a search of all the dealerships in the area to see if he could find what I wanted but he could not, so I was given the option of ordering a Prius to build with a warning that it would take 3 or more months. Ok, fine. As I said before, I do not need a car. I was given the date of June 1 as relevant as that was when the 2022 Prius would be built instead. Ok, fine. I order what I wanted and was told I did not need to put a deposit down. That stuck out in my mind as a red flag but I ignored it. Moe updated me when there was anything to know about the process and all was good. That was until last week when I was told that because the chip shortage has continued, the dealership owner and management have decided only to sell vehicles to those who were getting financed through their dealership and/or had a trade in. I needed neither but could have agreed to finance with them until another bomb was dropped on me: the Costco price of (per Dominica's email), "Costco and using the $1500 customer cash ~ only $27,769" was not valid either but instead I would be asked to pay MSRP for the vehicle. Even though this does not break the bank, it is the principle of being baited and switched like this. They literally have the car up on their website for $32k right now. I did reach out to the Costco Vehicle Program and they escalated this to a manager. I doubt anything will be done other than the partnership with the dealership getting terminated but I did let them know. I have never felt so disgusted and cheated with a bait and switch dealership. But FRED (my salesman), SEAN (the manager), and JOHN (independent mechanic). These 3 guys went above and beyond to resolve any issues I have had with the dealership and their service department. Both Fred and Sean reached out to me after they found out about all the issues I was having. They weren't able to negotiate anything with their service department, so they hooked me up with an independent mechanic instead, which is near the area (Advance Auto Center), and they spoke with John the owner/manager. They were able to fix all the problems on the car at no cost to me ($1,400 worth of repair), that is also because I have purchased an extended warranty for the car. Needless to say, I was a very happy man after that. I honestly believed both Fred and Sean deserve a raise for what they did and how they handle their customers, they turned a horrific situation into something more manageable. I definitely recommend buying a used car from Fred, but make sure to also purchased their extended warranty, it'll be worth it in the long run, trust me from my experience. But I'm still deducting a star because of the experience I had with their service department, they need more training on how to handle situations like this. ********************** ORIGINAL REVIEW *************************** First off, let me start by saying that the sales department for used cars is top notched. Fred helped me out on getting a car on the very same day. He took care of us like family throughout the whole process. I purchased a used 2013 cadillac ATS, although i have to get financing through my university because of the better rates, Fred still did his best to get me financed through their banks. With that being said the rest of my experience was a horrific nightmare. Not even a month after my purchase, the car had already started breaking down, and in under that month I have made several trips to their service department, on which they just turn me away saying they could not do anything about it. On the first week, some of the light bulbs started not to work, and they said that they don't have those type of bulbs, so i had to get them fixed out of my own pocket. Then the brakes started making loud noises when braking and the wheels also make noises when accelerating. And guess what! Again the service department told me that I have to get the brakes and tires changed out of my own expense. Then here comes the biggest issue, within just over three weeks of driving the car, the engines keeps over heating, it turns out that there was no coolant on the reservoir and that there was a very tiny leak coming from under the car. After filling it up with coolant, I observed it for few days and the reservoir is still almost full, and there was only few drops of leak coming from under the car. Meaning, that it already has this issue even before i bought the car, there is no way that it went through that whole tank of coolant within just few weeks. Either they failed to inspect for any leaks or they haven't topped-off of the coolant before it was sold to me. Now the car doesn't even run properly, it shakes during idle and it won't even accelerate without stuttering. And so just like the other times they told me that i'm all out of luck because they only handle toyotas and not cadillacs. If that's the case then why sell other branded cars if you only deal with toyotas. With that being said, it's absurd that after shelling out over $19k on a car, you'd expect that the car will last at least a year before any major breakdowns. This one didn't even last a month. I would also understand that they can refused me service if i bought the car months after. This was just weeks old for crying out loud. And it also shows it comes with a month warranty on the sticker on which they didn't even honor. In short, i'm out of $19 grand after driving the car for only 3 weeks. read more

I am a guy who basically councils people to NEVER get service work done at ANY dealer EVER if they can avoid it. Car dealer service is almost always worse and more scammy then about any other way to get your car serviced. Seriously go with the drug addicted one armed mechanic in a Craig's List ad before you take it to a dealer if it's not under warranty. I have also gone from a big fan of Toyota to to a slow boil of semi-loathing. In their bid to become number one in market share they have gradually abandoned many of the principals that endeared them to people in the first place as they find new and better ways to inject bloat and beige into cars more soulless and less mechanically capable then the American behemoths they were trying to out do in the first place. That being said my Tacoma was a victim of a frame rust recall and needed to have the entire frame swapped for a new one and my experience of this at Page was literally the first positive experience I have ever had at any make of dealer in my entire life. This was a MAJOR amount of work and they did it all in a timely fashion with virtually no problems. For those that are not mechanically inclined it involves basically disassembling the whole truck yanking out the skeleton then putting it all back together again. When I visited mid process my Cab was on a stand in one corner my bed tucked away in another my old frame sat with just some of the suspension bits still attached next to the naked new frame and my drivetrain was not in sight anywhere in the immediate vicinity. I was sure I was doomed and there was no way this would ever be put back together I mean c'mon I couldn't find my engine and transmission when I went to see my truck! But they put it together and actually did almost half a day of road testing themselves before giving it back to me to make sure everything was OK. It's been over a year now and everything has been great. I do some amateur racing with my truck and generally beat the crap out of it the rest of the time and the only thing that needed any attention was a bed bolt that loosened up and needed to have a little chunk of rusty debris cleaned off of it and re installed which I just took care of myself. Every time I visited the shop seemed organized and the mechanics caring. You could have eaten off the floor any of the times I was there which is really saying something for a garage. Still hate dealers and most car salesman suck but I have nothing to complain about at Page. read more

Honest, courteous, no upselling, a pleasure to do business with him. - Servicewriter Barbara Palubinsky. Goes out of her way to give you a great experience, kind, and caring. Tells me which repairs are critical to safety and which can wait. A mechanic friend has confirmed the advice she gives as being very sound and honest. - Desks in the waiting room, with electrical outlets, so you can work (or just charge your devices) while you wait for your car to be serviced. Why I didn't give them five stars: - EVERY time we've leased a car (and that's every three years), there is a VERY long wait while the financial paperwork is prepared by their finance office. The last time, it was almost 90 minutes EVEN THOUGH WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. We've never waited less than 45 minutes for this, even when there were no other customers in the dealership. BIG HASSLE. The bottom line: -While still a car dealership with some of the things we all "love" about car dealerships, they were fairly easy to work with to get a deal done on a new car purchase via email negotiations. The good: -Gave me a really great price right off the bat (best of 10+ area Toyota dealers) on a new car over email. -Beat their own price by throwing in some extras as well. - Deal was fairly straightforward once I got to the dealership without too much upselling. The salesperson I worked with seemed like a genuinely nice guy. -didn't seem to be nickel and diming me -fairly responsive via email (first to get me a quote out of 10+ dealers) The not so good: -Ok so the actual dealership isn't too fancy- not the most modern showroom and what seemed like a pretty small lot of cars (that being said, they were the only ones that got me the exact car I was looking for although it was newly factory built). -The nice salesperson I worked with may have been relatively new and there were a few little hiccups as a result (nothing terrible, just minor inconveniences). -They still have to give you the obligatory warranty upsell (and maybe it isnt the worst deal but wasn't something I was interested in). -For some reason despite having a deal all set, I still had to wait a good 30-40 minutes to see the main guy to get the paperwork done. I was tired, that wasn't that fun Oh and just an FYI: the TrueCar price is probably an overestimate of what most should pay...generally you should be able to get under factory invoice, even on a car with fairly limited inventory and that is moving fairly well. Personally, I would aim for the "unusually low price" range or do a few searches for forums on what people paid. ie my OTD price was similar to the true car price before 6% taxes/doc fees/ etc.... read more

I just got a Pre-Owned Chrysler from here and I'm happy. I would never buy foreign crap however (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Kia) as my family would kill me, plus America's GDP needs all the money it can get. It seemed like they had more reasonably priced pre-owned vehicles than other dealerships. They even let me and my wife test the car for a day or two before we bought it. I dealt with Sandy, he was a no-pressure salesman that showed me what I wanted to see and didn't waste my time. Overall, I had a good experience with them, especially for my first major car purchase. read more
