The employee literally fled the apartment, leaving his tools behind, and apparently hit a neighbor's car during his escape. At first, the company ignored our calls, text messages, and emails. Voicemail was full. When we eventually got them on the phone days later, they denied ever sending anyone to my dad's location that day, even though text messages clearly show they agreed to send a plumber on that day and time. Incompetent, unprofessional, and dishonest.
