The few times they were in my house not there for my hot water tank would always remind me about my tank Again the tank wasn't acting up at all. I now have a tank i didnt need yet and its so loud to the point i want it replaced. In addition ive had problems with a ejection pump purchased by them and though past the warranty the pump just isnt used much. This plumber was quick again to sell another 900$ pump. Currently after speaking with another plumber they thought it was from lack of use. It just seemed like the pump was fine once u touched the pipe. So i was woken 3 times in 3 weeks at 2am because of water in my furnace room. Thank god for my ring ( puck). Now im following another plumbers suggestion to just flush the toilet every day or two so the hard water dont cause the pump to get sticky from hard water ect. It apoeared the water conditioner went thru its cycle a few nights ago and the pump worked as it should. So i will continue the other plumbers suggestion. If this continues to work that does again tell me that spring grove plumbing instead of offering such an idea to resolve the issue wanted you sell another pump i may not need let alone cant afford. I sure hope this simple flushing daily gets the pump back to its workin ways. By the way this other plumber hasnt ever done work in my home. He was just a nice man who tried to help without taking money from me. So there it is folks. Will see how it goes.

Kevin and Reed are honest, their prices are fair, and they always take the time to explain what's going on without making me feel like I'm asking dumb questions. Reed was just here, and after explaining everything to my husband, he took the time to explain it all again to me. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but that's the kind of service you can expect from them. If something is outside their wheelhouse or a project is bigger than what they do, they'll tell you and recommend someone they trust instead of trying to sell you on something you don't need. Their scheduler is awesome too. She's so easy to reach by phone or text and always makes scheduling easy. And Kevin always has a funny story, so somehow we end up laughing during a plumbing appointment. They've helped us with all kinds of things since we bought our house, and they're honestly the only company I don't dread calling. I've recommended them to several friends because I trust them completely. It's hard to find people who are knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. I'm so grateful my dad sent us their way.

1/13/2022 I called…read moreplumbing owner Chuck Booth on a Wednesday night seeking a non emergency service of replacing a Shower Spray Head. Being mechanical; I tried changing the shower head myself almost causing a serious problem as the original shower head had been securely tightened on there on a very long time. So instead of taking the chance of causing any pipe damage; I searched to identify a professional plumber through Google ..."plumbers near me". Never heard nor knew this Plumbling business when I first called Booth Plumbing. I quickly found Chuck the owner to provide me an acceptable estimate of the work involved to complete the job. I requested a next day service which was honored. Speaking with my family; they asked do you really know this business? Are they reputable. Figuring it was straight forward and requesting immediate service; I was hesitant to do a lot of unnecessary inquiring being a relatively inexpensive job. So I viewed Yelp and found their rating to be less than flattering from one strong complaint. So the next morning prior to the plumber arriving; I inquired about this unfavorable single rating. By the way; there were numerous positive ratings. The response from Chuck was pleasant and although he did not know me; he responded in a positive manner. My point is that one cannot really assess the status of a YELP Review due to not understanding all the facts of the situation. I am pleased to state I have two other plumbing businesses I use and now pleased to report (with my rental properties) that I need more than one plumber. Chuck and his assistant; Pat came in and were finished in less than one hour despite a wonderful MOEN product not being shipped with all the necessary component parts . My Amazon rating for the MOEN product will be negative. Later I found out Chuck has been in business over 50 years....which meant to me he obviously runs a reputable business. Make a judgement for yourself instead of reading into a review that does not provide a good experience. We give this plumbing business a PERFECT rating based on our first experience. Sincerely, Dan Nathan

Glenbrook Plumbing was also more wallet-friendly than bids from multiple other plumbers, including the membership "discount" from our HVAC servicer. The heat had stopped working days before. It's 38 degrees room temperature. The city had shut the water off to stop the flood inside my house. The heater runs on water so I can't fix the heater until a plumber turns on the water and finds the leaks. I call Glenbrook Plumbing in an emergency. BIG MISTAKE. Mike and Tony come out, look around, see the water everywhere, feel the cold room temperature and decide they don't want to do this job. They told me they can't turn on the water and find the leaky pipes until the heat gets turned on. I told them the furnace runs on water, they told me to ask to use a neighbor's hose to fill the furnace with water, and then they left after 15 minutes and charged me $132 for the visit. The next day I found a plumber who came out the next morning and fixed the plumbing problem and turned on the water all without the heat on. One guy. These people didn't want to help me because the conditions were not comfortable. They just left me there in an emergency and I never heard from them again. These are terrible people.
