I started coming here maybe 10 years ago when Dr. Francis was the dentist and him and his dental hygienists were all amazing. Now, Dr Evans is the dentist here and he is just as great and so are all his hygienists. I love his treatment philosophies. He really tries to minimize pain for the patients and doesn't ever pressure you into doing anything and explains everything to you. He's also a very friendly and funny guy. I appreciate that he never makes a big deal over tiny cavities either and doesn't scare you into treating it right away. It seems like he prioritizes just keeping a watch on small cavities, but if he does recommend a filling, they use a form of laser treatment instead of drilling here. I've never had a laser cavity treatment but it sounds way better than the drilling and numbing that other dentists use. I feel a lot more comfortable and open to coming back to get them filled now. All the hygienists I've had here have all been very gentle, respectful, friendly, and always make me feel comfortable. They do not scrape too hard, they compliment my teeth, and I really appreciate that they do not talk to me or ask questions during the cleanings. I'm a shy person and I think they pick up on that lol. The cleaning I had recently only took about 20-30 minutes too.

At this office they are fast, efficient and have fair prices. They work with your insurance company and make sure that you get paid the correct amounts and are getting your maximum benefits. The staff is friendly and attentive, and always calls or emails you to confirm your appointment. Without this office I would have never had ANY dental work done during college because money was just too tight. Dr. Primiano understood when I couldn't come up with enough money to have something major done. He has done temporary caps for me until I could buy a real one, and spread out my fillings so they fit better with my budget. He has squeezed not just me in for an emergency appointment but also my boyfriend and my mother. No waiting around for 4 days with a broken filling, he will make sure and get you in ASAP. If you need a new dentist, give this office a shot.

What other office can do that for you. They are very considerate of your time and help you to get your problem taken care of with out numerous appointment. I did try dentists in other places I lived and had some pretty terrible experiences. Returning to Dr. Champer and his lovely hygenists (my favorite is Becky) made me appreciate them even more. Reasons to appreciate this dentist's office: 1. Very professional 2. Thourough cleaning that doesn't hurt 3. A good talking to if you've been slacking on your dental care 4. Careful watching of any potential issues. Example: I had a 'spot' on a tooth beginning in 2001 that wasn't filled until 2010. We talked about it at each visit and careful management lead to only a small filling almost 10 years later! 5. Even cavity filling is relatively low stress 6. I needed a new dentist closer to home and found this location/dentist that had good reviews…read more Unfortunately I cracked a tooth and needed to be seen more urgently than a regular cleaning. Getting in was not the quickest, compared to other dentists, but they fit me in when they could. After seeing the dentist initially, I did like them. However given the nature of my cracked tooth, I had to be sent to specialists and then return to dentist office several times. I was fine with this. Things took a turn though with my follow up appointments at the office. I should mention I had to take sick days to see the dentist due to their hours. If this were a one and done thing I would say that would be fine, but this was not the case. During one of the appointments I drove to their office only to get a call while I was in the parking lot, informing me the dentist was sick and they had to reschedule. Fine, okay... very last minute since I was already there, but I accepted the news. I rebooked the following week. The following week comes and I take the day off from work again, and the morning of the appointment they cancel my appointment again. So that would be now two days off.. on top of all the other days I had to take off for the initial visit and my specialist visits. I reschedule for the following week and take a day off again..... thankfully they didn't cancel this time but when I got to the appointment, they discovered that the crown that was ordered did not fit and they would have to reorder. As a result I wouldn't recommend this dentist to others. The fact that this was such a long process and I ran into a lot of cancelled appointments/ fitting issue, I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

He's very organized in terms of knowing when you're due for xrays, how much insurance will cover, how much services will cost, etc. and he is very detailed in all aspects of a procedure - I just had a cavity filled and he made sure my night guard would fit (granted I remembered to bring it along, they also cleaned it for free!) and that there would be space between teeth for flossing. Quite shocking prices and I would call that price grubbing. After seeing 3 of the most wonderful dentists, this is a huge disappointment. Now I'm sadly looking for a new office.

The new owners and dentists immediately required all new X-rays and drastic dental procedures versus providing treatment options. New dentists and team are very cold and I no longer feel comfortable in their practice. From what I hear they are losing previous long term patients. I would not recommend them going forward.
