We noticed the front door walking to the paddle board place NEXT door and I'm so glad we did - this spot was 1/2 the price and the customer service was excellent. We rented 2 kayaks (one single and one tandem) for an hour due to time constraints. Rick fit us in the schedule and showed us a map of where made sense for us to go with the time we had. The price included the cost of the kayaks, water for everyone in a cooler, cases to protect our phones from water and keep them attached to us, a wet/dry bag to keep all our stuff dry and a waterproof bluetooth speaker. They sanitized everything before we used it, walked the boats down to the water, showed us how to get in and had us text them to meet us to bring everything back. All that for $20 per person for the hour! Also, online it said they were sold out, but we walked in and they were able to accommodate, so def worth calling or walking in to see even if it looks like they are booked up. They also offer guided tours which I want to try, including a sunset nightime tour which sounds awesome. As repeat customers, you get a free half hour for free or 20% off the guided tours. 100% will be back!

Eventually we ended up just us 2 (separate kayaks) and I'm so glad we brought a portable speaker because we were able to curate the vibes on such a romantic day. I would recommend taking lunch and picnicking on their many tables or surrounding grass area. No kayaking instruction, no nature instruction other than what not to touch under the mangroves. Consider checking skill levels of the group, stopping for regular check-ins, perhaps teaching about nature a bit?

One of my favorite memories of growing up on South Florida was jet skiing around the intercoastal…read more Now that my kids are getting a little older thought they would enjoy a day on jet skis zipping around the intercoastal and so I rented them from Easton Watersports for 1.5 hours. Similar to a car you need to be 16 to drive one so my 11 year old daughter was on the back of mine and my 6 and 9 year old sons joined my husband. We met Dominic at the Pioneer Park- boat ramps in Deerfield Beach. Please note that this location is different than the address on the Yelp review since we were a bit confused ourselves. We started off slow getting used to the jet skis and also admiring the beautiful homes on the intercoastal. Then for about 30-45 minutes we got to go as fast as we could zipping over massive waves and holding on for dear life. I thought we were speed demons, but my thrill seeking daughter kept yelling at me that I wasn't going fast enough. My 9 year old son did fall off the back of my husband's jet ski, but he claimed that was the most fun part of the excursion. .And Dominic was nearby the entire time to help out in these situations and more, but overall we felt very safe. 1.5 hours was perfect and everyone had a great time. They declared it their favorite day in South Florida and made us promise we'll rent jet skis again on a future trip. Done!

People walking up on the beach asking the price were told $150, so the $30 reservation was pretty meaningless and seemed to be just an extra charge. Also, the area you can drive the jet ski in is pretty limited. Wish I would have known.
