We've had TCC do tons of work both inside and outside our house over the years and once we started…read moreworking with them, we've never considered going with another contractor. Their work is so high quality, the attention to detail on every project is so high and no stone is left unturned. Tom, the owner, shows up at every project which is impressive on its own but he is also so creative and thinks up tons of ideas for whatever it is we're having done. He takes the time to talk through every detail of the project, suggest ideas for how to make it better and what works well. If you want someone who will be a true partner in completing a project and not just take one or two notes and do whatever they want, Tom is your guy. The office staff is also amazing, I have to give a huge shout out to Jasmine because she is so communicative and always ensures we have every bit of information that we need (and then some) and will answer all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. She's one of the biggest reasons that we go into every project with confidence that it will turn out exactly as we wanted it because Jasmine makes sure everything is done and taken care of. Every person we have had working at our house does such a good job as well making sure things are even better than we expected and then also go the extra mile to do little things like tighten our loose door handle, or sweep extra dirt off the sidewalk in front of our house. It feels like everyone who works on our house whether it be landscaping, painting, cabinets, tile, plumbing, etc. they all care about our house as much as we do and we really value that!

They were so helpful and they let us do our meeting online to save us time and effort. The price was a bit more than other quotes we received, but the quality and professionalism or JNR was outstanding and totally worth it. All the other turf installers gave us a wait time of 6 months! JNR said it would take about 4 weeks for installation, which was acceptable. Two weeks went by and we got a call from JNR asking if we would like to have the turf installed in 2 days! Needless to say we were very happy. When the crew came to our house, they were professional, friendly and courteous. The guys answered all of my questions and I could tell they knew what they were doing. It was a pleasure to have them at our house. I've already told my friends and when we are in the market for turf installation again, JNR will definitely get my business! Thank you JNR!!!

We used RNJ a few years ago for a turf project at our old house and were very happy with that work, so I knew choosing RNJ for this project was the right choice. On construction day, the work was performed as explained. The project took only a day and a half and looks great. The cost was reasonable for what I wanted done. I will defiantly hire RNJ again.

I gave Martinez a call and alone the enthusiast tone in his voice assured me that doing business with him would go smoothly with professionalism. I called on a Wednesday asking for pump service and concrete by Friday and he delivered! The quote was very fair for the amount of work needed to be done. He called me the day before to confirm and let me know that his crew would arrive by 6:00am. Sure enough, they were at my place by 6am to began the project. The work was completed in a timely manner, his crew was friendly and hardworking with years of experience and the end result of a concrete patio exceeded my expectation. Additionally, Martinez made a courtesy quick fix to obstructions to ensure that the concrete was laid properly. I highly recommend Martinez and Sons, and I for sure will be contacting them for future concrete projects.

Wow! Paid premium price for our patio cover because, as Dennis put it "you have expensive taste"…read more We are getting our cover repainted, only to find out they used cheap MDF for the slats on the cover. All other wood was good (but there again, the wood was very new or "green"- with sap seeping out, though we were told we were getting kiln-dried #1-grade lumber.) Trust is big with us and it's rather unfortunate it took us this long to find out the corners that were cut on ours. We never haggled price and we're charged an up charge for the premium 8x12 to assimilate a room perimeter instead of a patio cover. Do your homework. Unfortunately we are out of the period to file a complaint.

If this happened to a family member or friend, would you offer the same excuse? It's disappointing…read moreto hear that you think those cracks are acceptable. I waited 2 years and 4 months to bring to your attention because I knew that you would only offer excuses because that was how you handled the first large crack that I told you about. I also knew that the only remedy would be to completely tear out the new cement, destroying my new backyard, and then pouring concrete again. Another mess to clean up after your crew. These cracks are because Clifford initially placed the footings in the wrong location. He didn't listen to the paying client, and he had to re-position them. Rather than discussing any potential issues that might arise from repositioning them, or properly moving them to prevent this issue, he just moved them. The cracks are a result. I also figured if I have to look at these failures, so should you, and any potential consumer that is shopping for a cement contractor. When these cracks become a tripping hazard, as they quickly are, I will find a professional cement contractor to fix what your company has installed. CONSUMER BEWARE: Upfront friendly, quick response, and competitive pricing...if conflict or issues arise, don't expect resolution, expect excuses. Expect rudeness and unprofessionalism. Once the bill has been paid, you're on your own. This has been my honest experience.
