But Daniel was different and SO much better than the rest! He was prompt, well prepared in court, and he answered ALL of our questions (again and again - because we really didn't understand the law or process - yet he was incredibly patient in his dealings with both myself and my nephew). I would hire him again in a SECOND. He was patient and compassionate and he was on our side every step of the way. There are SO few attorneys who work as hard as Daniel did. He listened to our concerns and was receptive to our ideas but he also guided us according to what he thought was the best approach and he ALWAYS gave us the pros/cons of every decision. When it came down to the offer from the prosecutor, he was thorough in his documentation - explaining clearly the options and weighing the pros of taking the offer/plea deal and leaving it. I trust his judgement and he was just an amazing attorney and I would recommend him to anybody. Please reach out to me directly if you have questions. randolphpaula@gmail.com

I logged on today to…read moreleave a review of this law firm, and it turns out my experience mirrors that of another reviewer (Nate S) nearly word for word. I worked with Daniel Findling for 4 months during which time he did not much more than bill me for mistake after mistake (including drawing up a primary parenting time and child support document that had my name and my spouses name wrong, the incorrect name for my spouse, an incorrect ATTORNEY for my spouse, and even more egregiously, had me listed as the defendant when I was, in fact, the Plantiff and Daniel's client. Since properly and professionally terminating my relationship with Daniel Findling's office I have made repeated (5+) attempts to contact the office including both by phone and email. I have had ZERO response; ZERO acknowledgement that they have received my emails or my voicemails. I submitted a formal complaint to the BBB and the conducted their own attempts at contact as per BBB procedure. They too received zero contact, zero response, zero acknowledgement. Mr. Findling should lose his law license, but in the meantime, protect yourself and absolutely do NOT use this firm.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Brent Jaffe and Jaffe Law Firm…read more I retained the firm expecting timely communication and diligent representation. Throughout my case, I experienced repeated communication issues, including unanswered phone calls and text messages when I needed updates and guidance. There were also occasions where I felt court dates and important case matters were not being handled with the level of attention I expected. As a result, I was left in a difficult position regarding my court matter and was unable to make arrangements that could have allowed me to spend Father's Day weekend and previously planned family time with my children. During an already stressful situation, I found the communication and attitude I received to be unprofessional and dismissive. My experience left me feeling unsupported and frustrated. I would encourage anyone considering this firm to carefully evaluate whether their communication style and level of client service meet your expectations.

Everything that was done was DONE WRONG with him. In just a few days he went onto life support, then to four hospitals over months before coming home. I am now his 24/7 care giver, and he lives in a hospital bed at home. I pray everyday for strength and for my Husband to get better. Life sure has changed for us. When I made that call to Oliver Law Firm, I first talked to Andrea, she listened to me. I cried, she cried with me. I then chatted with Mr Oliver for a long time. Thank you Oliver Law Firm for caring for us with all of my heart, always and ever I will be grateful.

To whom it may concern,…read more I reached out to attorney Carol A. Laughbaum regarding my case. She expressed interest initially, but her tone changed once she learned that I am an hourly union employee. Apparently, she finds it more difficult to pursue cases-especially those involving damages-for hourly workers, I was more than willing to compensate her for time to write a letter inquiring about harassment and intimidation by my employer, in the hopes it would stop, Carol made it clear that would tarnish her practice to write a letter without her filing a lawsuit, If you are an hourly employee and belong to a union, I would recommend avoiding this law firm to save both your time and theirs, Thank you

She agreed to take my case and…read moreat the last minute right before the statute of limitations was about to expire she suddenly changed her mind and no longer wanted to file my lawsuit. Despite her being fully aware that I had less than two weeks to pursue in court. At first she acted nice when I spoke to her but then she changed in demeanor and became condescending and dismissive toward me which was concerning. She is unpredictable. My advice is to contact other law firms and have another attorney as a backup if you decide to retain her services. Because it's difficult to get an attorney at the last minute when you have important legal timelines to met. And I won't be able to file my lawsuit because I trusted Carol. I hope this review helps. I was trying to help him gain custody due to prior abuse by the child's biological mother. I came into that first meeting overwhelmed--bringing years of documentation, emotional, and letting them know I would be taking on financial responsibility for their services. Jeff and Ari spent hours with me, carefully reviewing every detail and truly listening. Not long after, they made a decision that I will never forget: they took the case completely pro bono. At the time, I could hardly believe it. Looking back now, knowing the kind of men they are, it makes perfect sense. What meant even more was their level of commitment to the case. Over the course of 18-months, both Jeffrey and Ari personally attended every single court date. They didn't pass us off to junior staff--they showed up, every time. Even now, that still amazes me. Their dedication, compassion, and integrity are unlike anything I've ever experienced from a law firm. They didn't just take on a case--they changed a child's life. They won the case and worked out a situation that was even better than we could have hoped for. Without hesitation, they gave their time, expertise, and resources to help a little girl have a better future. To me, Jeff and Ari are nothing short of heroes and they are incredible attorneys! I can never repay what they did, but I hope they know how deeply grateful I am. I truly consider them like family now. If you are looking for a law firm led by people of integrity, compassion, and incredible dedication--this is it. I cannot recommend the Abood Law Firm highly enough. God bless you, Jeffrey and Ari.
