Went to Sufen Hilf for a visa issue. Charged 250$ to make a phone call and an email which, either of them did not work. Ignored further emails I sent asking what happened. At the end of session she asked me how many exact minutes I've been sitting in the office to charge me to the very last penny. Not to mention she started 15 minutes late.
