That reply stops me sending message, email or any kind of further communication with them. He wrote: ""Dear Mr. Hasan: You have exceeded the number of questions allowed in your fee. You have made over 100 contacts with us. Many of your inquiries are not within the scope of our work and are unnecessary. If you going to go to USCIS website and make up questions, we are not prepared to answer them. Your case is being processed at a normal pace. All additional inquiries, questions, e-mails and phone calls will incur $20 charge each time (from now on). If you do not pay, we will withdraw from your case."" Well, he could tell me that in proper way. What kind of professionalism is that? Instead he threatened me with charging $20 for each message/email. He also threatened to withdraw the case. If you cannot answer/handle your client, you better change your profession. I paid you to answer my questions, understand? If I knew the process I would have been filed by my own. I wouldn't hire you. Then again when the case was approved he started to behave nicely. He texts and emails me almost everyday. At the end he begged me to give him a 5 star review. Unbelievable! You got this! This lawyer was good in the past but nowadays he became greedy, very poor at communication, take the case longer than expected. Find a better lawyer than him.

He was not even prepared for a passport motion I had in court. He did not email the referee anything before our court day to show proof that the other party in the case was lying. He read the email late to the referee while we were in court and didn't send anything before hand. Also he was on the call 1.5 hours early when our zoom call was at 10:30am he got on the call at 9am and I have proof. He did not even know the time of our zoom motion. Who get on a zoom 1.5 hour early. No one . And he charged me for that time. I felt he did not care about me. He was charging me for things he did not do and I have proof. Bad decision. Big mistake. I did not feel comfortable working with him. When I called his phone went straight to voice mail. He did not make me feel comfortable and safe and when he saw my review he threatened to sue me. Be careful everyone he may do the same with you. He could have called me nicely and talk to me about the review but instead he went straight to suing me for money I have never seen in my entire life. I am an instacart shopper and barely pay my bills and now he is trying to scare me by sending this email to me. This shows you want kind of person he is. Instead of him talking with me he goes straight to suing me for money I don't have any most likely will never have. This email was uncalled for. I paid hIm $1500 up front that I had to borrow from a friend and family member and I have a balance of $2700 with him.
