If you kept straight, you enter the large ballroom where there are bars on either side and a stage in front where the dj was. For our particular event, there was a long table set up on the right side for a minimal offering of food while there was random furniture set up throughout the venue along with a couple of photo booths. The wagyu tartare which I don't eat but those at the table raved about it. We also had the shrimp cocktail which had a nice presentation but if I went again I'd pass. It's good but nothing special. We also had the tomato and burrata salad that was excellent. My main dish was a nicely prepared seabass. It wasn't a large piece of fish but it was lunch so the portion was perfect. We finished with the coffee crème brûlée and apple crumble with a side of ice cream. Good desserts and again, for lunch it hit the spot. I had a sangria that was very mid. But then switched to what could be my favorite drink of the summer. ARE YOU A GOOD WITCH OR A BAD WITCH. The answer probably depends on how many of these you put down. Tequila, hibiscus, habenero and a side of sparking rose. The entire table ended up getting these and loving them.

They welcomed us in anyway and we could not be more grateful for how kindly they handled the situation. My 10-year-old niece was dressed to the nines for the occasion--fascinator, gloves, parasol, the whole look--and this experience absolutely made her day. Walking into the beautiful space "in character" for tea felt magical and the staff really leaned into the fun with us, which made it even more special. Once we were seated, Melanie took care of us throughout the entire service and she was phenomenal--warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great time. Loic checked on us multiple times and his hospitality alone would be enough reason for us to come back; we'd honestly return just for him. The food was delicious: the assortment of tea sandwiches and sweets was beautifully presented and everything tasted fresh and well-executed. The drinks were spot on as well, from the tea service to the cocktails, and paired perfectly with the whole high tea experience. What could have been a disappointing mix-up turned into a very memorable tea outing all thanks to Loic, Kia, Chef Ivan and Melanie. We left feeling appreciated and very well taken care of!! Not what you'd expect from someone who deals with numerous people on a daily basis. However, I let neither that nor the somewhat steep cost of the studio deter me from renting the place for my birthday party. The studio was in slight disarray when I showed up on the day I'd booked it for. Folding chairs and random painting were strewn about, and the floor needed to be swept. So I had to handle that before even setting up my own decorations and equipment. Daniel had mentioned several times previously that he wanted the studio returned in the same condition as it was before my event. So throughout the night, my friends and I made sure to clean up any spills or messes. After the party ended, we were literally on our hands and knees making sure the place was spotless. The following day, despite the great care we took, Daniel wrote a harsh email to me and demanded a cleaning fee. He initially said having the floors steamed would cost $100.00. I replied explaining how thoroughly we had cleaned the studio. Then in a following email, he said the fee would be $75.00. Rather than go around in circles, I agreed to pay the lesser fee, as it was clear that he simply wanted more money. If you're looking for a studio rental to host an event, I would highly recommend seeking it elsewhere.

He is an excellent and prompt communicator, has been more than willing to support me with any questions or requests I've had, and the space itself is a great value. This is not a restaurant or anything but a space you can rent out for events. The space is good for a smaller, intimate gathering of maybe 20-30 people or less. It is not a huge space. There's not really parking in the area so your guests would have to pull up to the valet which is something to consider if you don't want your guests to have to pay for parking. At the event I went to, they had an open bar in the corner and a small table of hors d'oeuvres on the opposite end. The waiters also walked around with more hors d'oeuvres. They put two tall tables in the middle where you can stand with your food. They also have a very comfy couch. The room is on the first floor of the hotel, near where you check in. It was a lovely private space and I would definitely suggest it for smaller gatherings. Lovely service and beautiful food presentation. The event I went to was entirely vegetarian so, they do cater to some dietary preferences.
