I have eaten, and served frozen patties that were so delicious you can imagine they were frozen. If this was a fresh party they are absolutely dong it wrong and rolling them way to tightly and then pressing them too tightly into their form as they were absolutely exactly round and all edges the exact same. I think this is a great bar and the food can EASILY be improved simply by elevating the patty production or sourcing at almost no additional cost. This is just an american point of view so I apologize if folks here love the patty and it's how it's done here then I am absolutely wrong and should say well done. Overall.
