We had issues with a trip they booked for us that led to it being cancelled. I emailed respectfully expressing my frustrations. It's been over a month and they have never responded to the email. I know they got it - they talked to the other member of my party to confirm the cancellation. But could not even show the respect to acknowledge the correspondence. You'd do better using Expedia and Travelocity for free than calling Creative Tours by Pat.

I had already paid the full amount to Anthony from a different company, this included the boat fee, captain's fee, and insurance. I confirmed everything ahead of time and was told I'd only need to tip the captain the day of, and that was up to me on the amount. But when I arrived, I was asked to pay the insurance again. Even the guy checking me in admitted the communication with their manager was chaotic, showing me unprofessional text messages saying things like "whatever just collect insurance money and waiver." It was clearly disorganized from the start. They took on my reservation from another company since the other company overbooked. We were promised multiple floaters, Bluetooth speakers, and a prompt 10 a.m. departure. None of that happened. The setup was sloppy, and what we got did not match what we paid for. I want to be clear our captain wasn't to blame for the poor setup, but things only got messier after the tour. I began getting harassing and inappropriate texts demanding the captain's fee and tips even though I had already paid the fee in advance. They even gave my phone number to the captain, who started texting me saying only one person tipped him. That wasn't true, and when I checked with our group, several had tipped. Then captain started send ing me screenshots of his transactions after I stated what he was telling me wasn't true. T actually confirmed he did receive the $150 captain fee from Anthony, along with multiple tips. Yet he still tried to guilt-trip and pressure me. As someone six months pregnant, I was incredibly stressed and uncomfortable. I hadn't told my friends the full story because I didn't want to ruin their celebration, but I finally showed them the messages. They agreed it was completely inappropriate and that the company should have handled it with Anthony, not me. I had already paid I wasn't going to pay twice. On top of all that, the boat itself was unsafe. The cable for the lily pad kept snapping and we'd drift away. The ladder was broken and several of us got injured trying to climb back onboard. This entire experience was a mess from start to finish disorganized, unprofessional, and even dangerous. I was harassed, lied to, and made to feel responsible for something that was entirely on the company's end. Avoid GI Jades at all costs. It's not worth the stress, risk, or shady business practices.

I can't even explain how high energy and engaging the staff was. Wowza! The Captain even jumped into one of the pics with our group! He was a dancing machine and had the cutest names for some of the dolphins like Finn-daya (omg that euphoria finale!!!) and Finn Diesel. I believe the Captain's name was Daniel and he was just amazing!!! This was one of the only charters we could find that allowed us bringing a cooler full of drinks on which was also a huge plus for our group. Everything was so well organized from start to finish, we were so happy with everything and saw SO many dolphins on our evening cruise.
