The boat was nice and spacious and we had a smooth ride all day. We saw lots of dolphins and even a huge fever of sting rays which was really amazing. Once you get closer to Crab Island the water turns emerald green and then crystal clear. It's absolutely gorgeous. We were thankful to have chosen an earlier time (9am-1pm) for our trip as the tide was high which apparently adds to the water clarity. I think they deserve 5 stars for: boat quality, boat amenities, ease of scheduling, their followup and follow through. I would definitely use them again.

Parking was easy and plentiful. The house is pretty and the trees surrounding it are really cool. You can tour the house but we did not do that since we had little kids with us. There's a small gift shop where the tours start. There's a fountain in front of the house with koi in it but the water was full of algae. It was really hard to see the fish. I felt bad for them. There's a butterfly garden on the side of the house and we did see butterflies, dragonflies, bees and even a little frog. You can walk out on a pier over the water. There are picnic areas there of you would like to bring a lunch. Some of the water areas have warnings about gators and the trails have warnings about bears. Fortunately we did not run into either.

However, for the money that got put down for a trip that got cancelled due to COVID, I was expecting at least some communication from the company. And it was not a cheap trip, it was $1400 that I have yet to get even a partial refund for. I've been attempting to get a refund for this trip and I have yet to hear from this company at all, even though I have reached out multiple times via email and phone call. Zero response. The lack of professionalism is disappointing to say the least.
