Everything went well curb service the guys do Everything for you. They people are so nice and helpful. For sure would use them again.

Customer service was spot on! Always offered help when help was needed. Though a little bit pricey, I would hope they would do a poor significant military, first responder discount to match that of Ft. Benning MWR. read more

Our group had the best time. Renting was easy, pricing was fair and the employees made it a breeze. The employees carried our ice chests and bags to the boat which was very thoughtful and cleaned the boat when we were done. Definitely was an easy trip with kids! read more

This was our 2nd time renting from Aloha and still pleased. Boats are in good shape, close to crab island with access out if Destin harbor and price reasonable. Crab island is always a great day to spend your day.....enjoying the beautiful water and soaking up the sun! Seeing the dolphins is always an added plus! read more

We have booked pontoons with Aloha many times over the years. Quick check ins and always flexible/responsive. Kylie and her team are great!

We have booked with Aloha one other time before, and tried others to compare. We called Aloha and asked if there were any pontoon boats available and was told that there were, and that we could come over whenever it was convenient for us. Once we filled out the waivers with the young lady behind the desk,we were asked by this very polite young man where are cooler and other things were. We told him that they were at the top of the stairs, and he didn't hesitate a minute, and ran up there and got everything. Our boat was spotless, and we then got a mini lesson on where everything was. We left the dock, and everything was beautiful. We had a great experience, and highly recommend to anyone that wants to have a pleasant experience. We actually called and asked if we could extend our trip for another hour, and they said no problem. We will always call Aloha for any and all of our boating needs. read more

Great experience with the crew here. They were nice and welcoming to our group. We tried to get on the water around 10 but at first they didn't have anything available until 1:30pm, but once something became available they offered it to us and got us on the water at 11! Checking in was quick and easy, the crew hands are extremely helpful and polite (be sure to tip). The boat was clean, functional, and fun! Will definitely be back to rent here! Thanks Aloha!! read more

Boat was worn out, almost dangerous. Turning to the left required way too much force. Called the number as i was walking up to the counter and watched the young man send me to voicemail so he could continue playing on his phone. Was a little surprised that my bill total jumped $25. Half the $25 was tax and the other half was some BS fee. Sooo sick of the money grabs. Way too many other options in town. read more

My family and I had a great experience booking with ALOHA. From making the reservation (they offer military discount) to pulling into the parking lot and someone coming to your car to carry everything down for you, to getting educated on their Brantley pontoon boat, to having a nice and spacious/clean pontoon boat that operates well to pulling back into the doc and being greeted by staff and once again them carrying your bags to your car! Not to mention they offer a free lily pad and are more affordable than all 5 other boat rental places I called! OH AND THEY ARE SUPER CLOSE TO CRAB ISLAND!!!We come to Destin every year and will definitely be using them again next year! Thanks AHOLA!!!! read more

Rental was easy to book, they took all our bags to the boat for us. Check in was great and fast. Boats were in excellent condition and was a great experience all together. Will definitely rent from them again. read more

What an amazing experience. The boat was first rate and the staff took care of our every need, a cart for our bags-cooler-snacks, map and directions to all the fun places on the waterway. We were surrounded by dolphins splashing and jumping out of the water. Plus crab island was so much fun with hundreds of boats all moored together and everyone out of their boat in waist deep water. Crazy! No stress, no hassle, just call and ask for Kylie, she will give you the best service. We will definitely add this to our vacation plans each year. read more

This is the place to go for your pontoon boat rental. Excellent customer service. Our stuff was brought to and from the boat by a crew member. The boat was really nice, clean, and ran well. We had no issues with our 6-hour ride. There is no better way to spend an anniversary than Crab Island. We've been to Destin many times for vacation, but this was our first time using Aloha. From now on, they will be our go-to from here on out, every time! Thanks, Ms. Kylie, for everything. Y'all are the best! read more

This place is AMAZING!!! We've been owners of a beach house on 30A for about half a decade now. And never have we ever had such amazing service in renting a boat!! We had the opportunity to be in Destin last week and we were so happy to find out we could rent a pontoon. It got even better when we saw how great the Aloha pontoons were--super clean, ran great, the staff were super helpful and efficient. With beaches closed, we decided to come back another day to use Aloha again. Next time we are in Destin, we will certainly return to Aloha for our pontoon rental. read more

We have rented many pontoons over the past decade or so. I have never come to place that had nicer pontoon boats than this group. They had great service and we really enjoyed the experience. We did feel that due to being the week of July 4th, there was some price gauging involved for $100 per hour ($400 for 4 hours is a bit much compared to the competition in the area), however, they were getting that easily because most everyone was booked up. Either way, we had a blast and it was great getting to use such a nice pontoon for once... read more

Excellent service!! It was easy to find, good parking, someone was there to direct us where to go. Sign in was quick and easy. They help you with your things to the boat. This really is a good company. We called ahead earlier for a special request and they came through. They're no longer at they're original spot on the boardwalk as they moved downstairs behind Marina Cafe. We had a new Bently pontoon. Worked perfectly and sat everyone comfortably. Easy to drive and navigate. The guys working there (Danny, Remy, Evan) were awesome and really took care of us. Highly recommend. read more

Aloha Pontoon Rental - Family enjoying a cruise! - Boating Near Me - Destin, Florida

We've used Aloha Pontoon Rentals twice now to head out to Crab Island. Once on a less busy weekend and recently for Labor Day Weekend which is supes cray. Both times, their prices have been great and don't feel inflated by the holiday weekend. We easily rented less than a week out, but I'd say plan a week or so out to get a booking. They're quick to get you signed in and situated. The first time we used their boats, they seemed brand new and are just really nice, space-wise. I think they say up to 10 can fit on a boat, but I like a solid 4/5 folks so you have room to boogie. There were four of us, and we also had a little kayak if we wanted to paddle around too. The second time we headed out for Labor Day Weekend, we realized most of the speakers had been blown (end of the season, totally understand). We called and went back in, and they quickly got our gear onto another boat with better speakers. I would say if this is something that's important to you (i.e. pretending like you're in Will Smith's "Miami" video, blasting tunes, and shaking your booty), maybe just test them out before you head out. They were cool with adding time to our reservation so we really appreciated their effort to make the situation right. Nbd. For folks looking to rent a pontoon, especially during the busier weekends, some unrelated business tips: 1 - Have someone that's experienced in driving a boat, or hire a chauffeur so you can enjoy your bevvies. The coast guard is out there checking things out and boat traffic can get a little hairy on a holiday weekend. 2 - If you do a late day reservation, you might not get a primo spot at Crab Island, and there is a bit of a current on the outer edge. I almost had to say RIP to my ring floatie, though my man saved it. p.s. don't risk your life for a ring floatie, folks. 3 - Bring food with you, lots of sunscreen, and plenty of water. Or bring cash to buy from the bar and vendors on the Island. It gets hot out there, and while beer is great, you're gonna need those other things too. 4 - Though their boat sound system (I believe) is Bluetooth, bring an aux cord for better connectivity and make an epic playlist. Your friends will thank you. Thanks Aloha for making our Destin trips extra whenever we come to town. Mahalo. ;) read more

Excellent staff. Evan hooked us up! We had a wonderful day on crab island. One of the best days my family has had in Destin. Will definitely be back! read more

My and I have been coming to Destin for years and have rented pontoon boats throughout the years to go to crab island. We tried Aloha this and WILL NOT be going back. The young staff was incredibly rude from the beginning, to which I don't understand why. My family and I are avid boater on the Mississippi River. So navigating a pontoon boat less than a half mile to crab island is no problem. We were given a run down, beat up pontoon boat (which wasn't a problem), but when we came back to the marina one of the staff (Tyler I believe-thin and blonde) suggested that we put a dent on the side of the boat that was already there. He continued to be condescending calling members of my family "brother man" while insisting we put the dent in the already beat up pontoon boat. It seemed as if he didn't care what what we had to say, he was out to prove some point that we had done something wrong on to the boat. When leaving we said we wouldn't using them again with their rude service, and the staff (Tyler) started laughing and telling other staff how we wouldn't be using them. They began laughing about the whole thing and didn't seem to care that they would be losing our business. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT use. We will be going back to Luther's next year. read more

Modern and clean Bentley pontoons. Staff is very helpful when it comes to loading, explaining instructions, and anything else you need. Great experience and about an 8 minute boat ride to crab island! Decent prices, some places may be lower but their boats aren't as updated and nice. read more
