It was easy to book and was fun. We took the cruise taking us to crab island. The me. On board helped is with our floaties.

Justin and Gianni were amazing and extremely kind! We will definitely be coming back! Definitely a must fun activity if you're in Destin. Everything was very easy and so much fun! read more

The boat left early, we had to purchase from another vendor and they have still not refunded my money. Terrible experience. Manager would not call me and had the desk employees communicate. I would offer a zero score if possible. read more

Captain Morgan and Captain Justin ran a great tour. Got to see plenty of dolphins and learn a little history as well. Perfect trip for our family! read more

10/10 definitely recommend! This was one of the greatest excursions on the harbor. Daniel and Thomas were great host, played great music, and was very helpful at all times. On our way to crab island they even stopped to let us see some dolphins. I enjoyed the 4 hr excursion to crab island. Our boat had all types of fun things to play with in the water at crab island, I had a floaty the whole 4 hrs. I truly enjoyed this excursion, and honestly we wanted to stay extra time but only had 4 hrs. I'm glad we chose the early morning time to go and enjoy before it really got crowded, even though it was a nice size crown anyway. We had a great time. I definitely recommend this tour operator to take you to crab island. Fun for all ages, literally ALL!!! read more

We boarded the SunVenture II yesterday and from start to finish enjoyed everything. My kids weren't having it at the beginning and the crew made sure they felt safe and were going to have fun.Once we got to Crab Island, we were informed all of there is to do and told if we needed anything just to ask.We we're helped all day by the crew which was really a relief with three little ones. We really enjoyed everything and shout out to Dan and Devan.I hope i didn't butcher their names lol. They we're great! read more

Great time with great hosts! Can't recommend this option enough if you don't want to rent your own boat. These guys go above and beyond for your trip and it's a simple booking and boarding experience. 4 hrs is plenty of time on the island, it's a short ride from where you board. Parking is simple, with a QR code to pay. read more

Organization 0, we booked trip with them day before, we got there 45 minutes before and everything was great until we load on the boat. They counted and it was 2 extra people? They didn't have our names and I show them email confirmation and receipt, they still didn't care and kicked out from the boat. Horrible experience, think twice before you book with this company. 000 stars read more

We went on the sunset dolphin cruise. Had such a great time thanks to Justin and Andy. They were very friendly and helped point out dolphins as we went. Played some great music and shared information about the area. Took a sunset picture of each group before we headed back in. read more

Justin & Thomas were fabulous guides. We took the sunset dolphin cruise with them and had a fantastic time. Saw a ton of dolphins (apparently Thomas is the dolphin whisperer). Recommend most highly. Don't miss the opportunity to go out with them. read more

We did the 4 hour crab island trip and it was absolutely amazing. Boat captain and first mate were so accommodating and hilarious. All information in regards to the trip was clearly detailed and explained on the website when I booked and we had a great time! read more

All I can say is WOW! This company is amazing and really gives you a relaxing but fun crab island experience! Captain Daniel was playing great music, dancing and interacting with all the people on the boat. Thomas was such a good first mate, he helped everyone with their floats, inflating and helping us in the water :) I 10/10 recommend booking them for any crab island tour you're thinking about. read more

Awesome trip had a blast , the crew was awesome funny dudes ,great spot to hang out , definitely recommend .

Did the Fireworks/sunset cruise offered on Thursday nights. Cruise lasted about 2 hours. Boat was spacious and clean. Caption explained history of Destin area. Crab Island etc. This location was easy to find and find parking. I do recommend sitting in front of boat for fireworks or back for sunset view. It was hard to see both sitting on side of boat. But still had an amazing time. Well worth money. Kids enjoyed it. I'd eat and go to the bathroom ahead of time. Snacks were offered for 2.00. Saw a dolphin. But it was dark and not super easy to spot. Amazing view of restaurants and hotels, lit up at night. read more

This excursion to Crab Island was seriously the best! Captain Morgan and Andy made our experience one we won't forget! We had a large group of a baseball team and families, and all 42 of us were able to get spots on one catamaran together. They literally did all of the work for us. They got us drinks out of our coolers, called vendors over for us to purchase food items, and made it where we never had to leave the water once we got in. The big floating lily pad was a hit, as well as several floaties they had for us to use. They played a great selection of music for us the whole time as well! We were fortunate to go out at high tide, and the water was beautiful! I have already told another baseball team about our experience and they are booking with them next week! I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know coming to Destin that is looking to go to Crab Island. Captain Morgan and Andy definitely "hit it out of the ballpark!" read more

Well I have to start by saying they have nothing on the seablaster! We took the sea blaster out yesterday, free drinks, music, and encouraging of dancing! And dolphins. But back to this trip, a little disappointing. You could bring your own drinks but no one told us about that little fact. We were supposed to look for Dolphins but didn't see any. Then we just drifted out in the bay for about 30 minutes I had to ask for a beverage and chips which were not complementary might I add. Not that I don't like reggae music I do but too much will make one fall asleep while drifting out to sea. These people had no plan, nothing in the works no plan of action. Highly disappointed! read more

This was the highlight of our Destin trip! We had such a great time at Crab Island. We went in the morning because we had 4 1/2 year old twins. It was fun atmosphere appropriate for kids. My only complaint is that the excursion wasn't longer. read more

Worst customer service, lady working the hut is a bitch. Don't recommend this company to anyone. They make you go out In a storm and won't give you your money back read more

We had a great dolphin cruise. The customer service was excellent and our entire family had an excellent time! Bring your own drinks if you think you will need them for the 1.5 hour trip. We saw many many dolphins! Would definitely recommend for any family! read more

From start to finish SunVenture gives hands down the best customer service!!! My sister and I have done the Crab island cruise for two years now and have had amazing experiences both times! Cynthia (who takes reservations and check-in) is so nice and helpful and answers any questions you have. She is very helpful and does whatever she can to make your time with them the best! Larry and Mark are so fun and very attentive to whatever you need while out on the boat and also gives you history on crab island. They are both very helpful especially with helping you on and off the boat or blowing up your floats for you or grabbing something you need so you don't have to get out of the water (like my hat and sunscreen). We will definitely recommend SunVenture to friends and will DEFINITELY be cruising with them again!! read more

We heard amazing things about crab island before heading down for the weekend but the experience we had was not expected. The sunventure 1 was such a amazing enjoyable experience it was better than we could have hoped. Larry and Grant were great, nice and entertaining! Definitely going to book this tour every time we come back to destin!!! read more

We joined Captain Larry and Joe out for the 10am Crab Island cruise. The guys were so much fun and Crab Island was a blast. We enjoyed the trip so much that we decided to book the 2pm cruise and the dolphin sunset cruise for the same day. We saw a ton of dolphins on the evening cruise and one came right up next to the boat. I would highly recommend Sunventure I for any of their cruises. Larry and Joe made our day on the water. They are great guys and tons of fun. read more

We made a last minute reservation for 5 and it was ABSOLUTELY the best decision we made for our family trip. The captains were experienced, entertaining, personable. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Went out with Grant and Larry on 8/6/2016. The guys were great and took us straight to Crab Island and anchored us down right next to the best burger spot in the area. We got to play volleyball there and listen to the DJ at the same burger place. The water was amazing and we got to swim and show the kiddos some hermit crabs that were walking along the ocean floor. Words of advice for others, bring your own drinks; alcohol, sodas, waters, etc. Bring your own floats, etc or you can rent from the guys or rent jet skis from near by vendors. You can also bring your own food as well if you would like or you can purchase chips and drinks from the boat for $2 a piece or buy a burger or other food from other floating vendors. Tipping the guys is encouraged as they do an awesome job and will hand you whatever you need and be your personal waiters as well as inflate your floats. Thanks again Grant and Larry!! read more

Awesome job! Wrangled a group of 20+ people without a hitch. Bring your own drinks and they take care of the rest.

The guys were fun to talk to, they let us bring our own beverages, and they didn't crash into anything/sink the boat. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to have a good time. read more

Great time with Larry and Mark. Entertaining and nice people. Wish they had more floats... otherwise great time and worth the money to get to crab island. Short ride over so it was great read more

DO NOT RISK USING THIS COMPANY!!!!! I am giving them 1 star because I can't give them ZERO!! They CANCELLED on us and we were already there!!! I read reviews that they had done this before several times to others, but unfortunately I didn't see those reviews until after we had already made our reservations. read more

Skip this place and take Destin's Original Seablaster.....here's why, Initially my family booked to leave out of Okaloosa Thursday at 9:30 am on a 3 hour cruise. We were then told the boat had mechanical issues and they needed to move us to another day and time. We were placed on a cruise out of Destin but they were only able to accommodate the 25 of us on the 4 hour afternoon cruise. Cynthia stated the additional fee for that particular cruise would be waived since it was the only boat that would fit all 25 of us and because the mechanical issues were not our fault. Upon review of my credit card statement I realized I was charged without notice an additional hour for each family member. In an effort to discuss with SunVenture Cruises I contacted Cynthia directly. She then asked me to email the information over and she will fix the issue. As of today I have contacted the company 3 times since 16July2019. I have yet to receive an email or a call back. If you are looking at taking a cruise I highly suggest steering away from SunVenture Cruises. They are only in it for the money and the cruise is literally a boat ride to Crab Island, nothing special. Destin's Original Sea blaster provides excitement, great music, fun and drinks for half the price! read more

Larry, Joe and Cynthia were amazing. Joe took great photos of us and we had the best time and they even let us choose the music.

We decided this was the best way to see Crab Island so we made reservations for our group of 11 over the phone. We got all the information of what to bring, the do's and dont's, etc. On the day of our trip we arrived early, and were one of the first groups there. We took our stuff down to the boat, the deckhands started loading our stuff while I went back to the kiosk to check in. I thought this is going to be great. I gave the person working the kiosk my name. She couldn't find my name on the reservation list. She checked again. Nothing. I told her who I spoke with when I made the reservation-still nothing. Finally after several minutes another person came to the kiosk and I spoke with her. She informed since my credit card information was not taken down when I called so they did not reserve our spots on the boat. I stated if my credit card information was needed to hold the reservation, why didn't they ask me for it when I made the reservation, or call me back because they had my phone number. She had no response other than offer to put me on another trip a day or two later, but this did not fit in our schedule. We headed back to the boat retrieved our gear from the deckhands and left disappointed. I will say the deckhands were very polite, respectful and hardworking. read more
