We decided to stop at the mall and of our whole trip, this had to be the worst part. I enjoyed Ohio, but this mall is not of preference. This dingbat clearly saw me and my husband standing at the gate of Champs since 10:50a. She's been at the back of the store on the phone with who-knows-who just staring at us. So 11a hits and we're still standing at the gate and all the other stores around Champs is opening...still not Champs tho! Confused and defeated because we have to hit the road and go home, me and my husband were about to just leave. Then I decided to yell thru the gate to the woman and just ask if they were opening anytime soon, she looks dead at me and shakes her head "no". I then asked were they just going to be closed today? She then nodded her head "yes". She has yet to acknowledge me verbally. Absolutely rude. I would have been more understanding if she had just said something. But instead she watched us stand there waiting for well over 15 minutes. I'll be writing corporate about this.
