If you are not a kid, but love fun photo ops, they have little statues and benches with Peanut characters, plus they will have little shows and character appearances. We will always stop here for pictures. It is also located right next to the Peanuts souvenir shop and a lot of child friendly food. It is a fun spot during Hallowweekends, they go full in the Halloween theme and typically have child friendly crafts, trick or treating, hay bales, shows, and activities.

This is a belt and lap-bar only coaster. I love that this coaster has views of the lake and the park. The way up starts a normal speed but then quickens halfway. The wait times can be longer for this ride so I would prioritize finding the pockets of the day there might be a lull (first thing in morning, lunch, evening). Pro Tip: This coaster had significantly shorter belts than other coasters. Be sure to check the test chair before waiting in line if you are midsized. My belt JUST snapped.

Okay, so I really miss the Republica song Ready to Go blaring from the station but aside from that…read morethis Intamin/Zamperla Frankenstein's Monster is a very worthy successor to the original Top Thrill Dragster. Even the name has grown on me. There's 2 towers now and it's the sequel to the first Top Thrill so why not. Sure none of the three launches have quite the blistering batshit intensity of the all-in-one launch of the Dragster but I still slammed into the brake run with my whole body giddily vibrating from the wild ride I'd just experienced and my brain still trying to wrap its way around what just happened. And nobody has been grievously injured from this new incarnation of Top Thrill. The old one was something else but it just had to go. The first launch is just a little hors d'oeuvre, the second is where things get cooking - the tummy tickling drop from the second tower hits like Wicked Twister on steroids- and the third launch doesn't quite hit the amps set to 11 of the old launch but it's still a solid 9 with a lot change. And somehow the big spiral and drop down over the top hat seemed more intense than on Dragster. That 270 degree twist in particular is just wild. On Dragster the 420 foot drop(!) oddly enough almost seemed anticlimactic after that insane launch but here everything just flows. And looking down at Millennium Force still is surreal. Still a gimmick, still not my favorite coaster at Cedar Point but still a 5 star must ride. Let's hope Top Thrill 2 sticks around for at least as long as Top Thrill Dragster.

As someone who enjoys F1 racing, the ride gave me an opportunity to feel just a fraction of how fast those drivers go. The standby line for the ride was always over an hour. It's located past the midway point in the park so you need to be strategic when you want to get in line. We ended up buying a fast lane pass to reduce our wait time to less than 20 minutes. You will not be able to bring anything on this ride so put everything in a locker beforehand! If the rest of your party wants to sit out there's a bleacher stand nearby with a great view of the whole ride.

Its located in the back of the park and our wait time was listed as 90 minutes but ended up only taking 60! The line is shaded which is nice. Before entering the last portion of the line, one has to put ALL belongings into a small (free) locker before walking through a metal detector (even wallets guys). The coaster itself had a belt and tight lap bar only. I felt very secure seeing how many quick drops and spins there were. This may be my favorite rollercoaster of the trip and I would easily wait in line again to ride it! Tip: This coaster qualifies for Fast Lane+ to speed up your wait.

As soon as the gates from the tracks went down, everyone ran in lol. We had the fast pass for this ride, which ended up not being worth it because the regular line got in quicker than we did, plus it was short regardless because they had just opened the ride back up. When you enter the line, you have to put all your belongings in a locker, then go through metal detectors. The line was super quick. We probably waited like 10 minutes only. It's a bit of a scary ride because all you have is a lap bar, and the drop is pretty steep. I loved how long the ride felt too. :D
