PacWest Blooms did the most spectacular job with our wedding florals (personal flowers, ceremony and reception, and some hanging greens around disco balls). I have not seen more beautiful, unique designs. Suzie and her team worked with us over multiple virtual and in-person meetings to discuss our style and vision, create a lookbook, and design something that was really unique to us. The florals were definitely well worth the cost (and less than what other florists had quoted us) and really made our wedding design vision and aesthetic come to life. The PacWest Blooms team are real artists, just give them a general sense of what you'd like and the creative freedom to work their magic! The florals were 5/5, beyond our wildest dream! We also did month and day of coordination with PacWest Blooms. Suzie is really warm and kind and really takes the time to get to know clients, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Some parts or our experience felt somewhat disorganized and stressful, however, such as no or very late responses to emails, missed or late meetings, and the day-before rehearsal coordination. Ultimately, though, we had a pretty complicated wedding with many vendors, and Suzie and her team made sure the whole day came together beautifully and that we were able to enjoy it with little to no stress. My best friend hired Susie as a wedding coordinator, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Despite her positive reviews, she was unprofessional and unreliable. On the day of the wedding, she went completely MIA, not responding to calls or texts. She finally arrived 15 minutes before 5pm, with no explanation from her assistants regarding her whereabouts. We asked her assistant several times where was Susie and he would say he had no idea. For the amount she paid, we expected much better service. When she did arrive, she didn't acknowledge the situation or offer any apology, simply stating that her phone had been off. read more

It has been a while since our wedding 2 years, but this has weighed on us for a long time. And I didnt think it was right not to make a note of how we were treated when hiring this florist. I do feel a bit sad to say this because I dont often write a review but this is the truth and it is beyond sad how we were treated. It is a long story but I will make this brief. We understood during covid that times were hard. But the florist would not answer our emails and no communication because they were busy, until a 3-4 weeks from our wedding date. We were more than understanding, so with the end result they offered we were shocked. You might as well call us the vendor and them the customer in the way they treated us and how we interacted with them. We were more than understanding. But where it was the cherry on top of terrible service was when our arch florals were wrong, the sweetheart table was completely botched, the table florals and aisle had the wrong look (even though I provided specific photos of what i wanted) and at the end after writing an email to the florist, it was barely an apology and acknowledgement, they offered us $125 credit back. After delaying our wedding bc of covid which is not the florist fault at all, but they had no empathy or understanding for us. And this is what this is about. This is a business where emotions and understanding is important, it floors me how they dont understand that in the way that we were treated. Yes we did accept that measly credit to put all this to rest bc we were exhausted after everything that happened working with them. I wanted to at least say something, because all this was not right ethically, emotionally, nor as a decent human being. We hope they would and will never act like this or do this kind of business in the future. And we hope they do remember us and this wedding because while they may have forgotten. We didnt and never will. Maybe they will feel good after reading this and still not care at all which is a sad thing to do and feel as a human. I believe in a higher power and all things come back to you, so I will that to them. read more
