Seemed like no one wanted to be bothered with such a small job, but when I sent an email, Jonathan was very quick to get back to me, and let me know that they could help me, no problem. I showed up later that day and he took a look at the car, letting me know it was about an hour long job. When I offered to reschedule for the next week, he simply said to just drop by Saturday morning. I came by that Saturday, and the guys installed the ornament very quickly and it looks GREAT! The office was also very accommodating and the staff was friendly. I strongly recommend this place. Its local to the Newark/Union County/Essex/Hudson County area and is a great experience. Price was VERY reasonable as well. Will be back and will recommend to others.

I explained that my company only issues spare keys in emergency situations and asked if he could continue searching for the missing key. I reiterated that it is the shop's responsibility to keep track of the vehicle key. He then replied, "Well, I won't have it until next week." He then intentionally hung up on me while speaking. Additionally, I was informed that the necessary parts are on backorder, meaning my car will not be repaired anytime soon. Overall, my experience was very unpleasant, and I would strongly advise against using this shop. The owner seemed very prejudiced as well. If you're an organization with a fleet of vehicles.
