Oz and Don are the 2 partners who own the gym and they're the nicest gym owners I've ever met. This gym specializes in functional training and strength training. They also have parking available both in front and in the back of the gym which is very convenient. Corexcellence also has their own facility in house where you can get Osteotherapy or massage therapy to help with your recovery - ask for Ora or Mike. Highly recommend this gym.

Hands down the best athletic conditioning gym in Montreal. I've been going here for over 5 years…read moreand absolutely love it! They are always updating their equipment to meet the highest levels of innovation in the fitness industry. They adapt their training exercises to meet them as well. The emphasis here is on circuit training with resistance and weights to build endurance and strength. Training can be done individually or in small groups of maximum 6 people. This ensures that you get the best supervision and guidance to carry out movements suited to your goals in their correct form. Each and every trainer here is wonderful and customizes the day's routine so that it's fresh and adapted to your needs. They're fun, motivating, and always have your best interest at heart! They also put together nutrition plans and track your progress to ensure that your health maintenance doesn't just start when you come in and stop when you leave ;) This place is for ANYONE with a body. Don't be put off by the idea of weights, I have seen them train everyone from champion athletes to heavily pregnant women to do extraordinary things. Corex has honestly changed my life! Special shout out to Vito, who has been working tirelessly with me to whip me into shape!

I was impressed by the showcase that shows all the trophies and awards won by people who have trained at this gym. They do offer aerobic classes as well. I`ve been coming here for over a year now and feel like family. Mark and Peter are owners that care and will help you be the best you can be.

I am totally disappointed of Power Flex. Most of the equipment is good. However, the machines that…read moreare defective and needs to be fixed properly can take up to 2 to 4 months. One machine hasn't been fixed for 4 years. Unbelievable! They can't even get extra pins for various machines that don't have them. The management and many trainors are doing great with the members they train. However, they are not sociable with the regular members. Sure the regular members at the gym is like one great happy family. Members, like myself, gave my resignation to leave the gym regarding the crunches sit-up machine that is improperly working well. They claim that the machine is working great. This is not true! I happened to damaged last Monday my already fractured disc that already happened in the past regarding bone density. Since the machine damaged one of my fractured disc, I won't be able to train for at least 2 to 3 months......and the person behind the counter gave me a penalty charge of and approximate $67. They are at fault for not fixing the machine properly, and still charge me a penalty charge. Plus they refuse to professionally send me an e-mail confirming that my membership has been officially closed. Overall, I find the sub owner and some staff members a none educated gym and totally well unorganised. So sad and very angry!

It's clean, quiet and never busy.. except for the rush hour.. but even then you can find a machine to work out on; easily. Everyone that comes here has a good mindset to workout and you can see that! It's motivating. The staff is wonderful too. The only downside is that the company itself does not freeze payments, so for example during the covid lockdown the payments kept being taken out even though the gym was closed! This is something that I'm definitely taking into consideration in regards to renewing my membership for another year

I did not get to experience more due to the following reasons..read further.. Like 3 weeks or so into my membership, I broke my arm. Technically the doctor said that I even should not run, anything with an impact was bad, so I had to stop going to the club. When I joined the club, me being a very detailed person, I thoroughly checked the contract I signed, and saw nothing suspicious. It said that for a good reason or so, you are allowed to put your membership on a freeze. Just for "short term memberships", you were not allowed to put it on hold. I had previously worked as a manager in 2 clubs overseas, and there we had weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, tri monthly, 6-months and yearly memberships. We considered the weekly up to montly membership to be short term, while the other memberships were long term. When I requested that my membership be put on hold, I was asked to get a Dr. recommendation which I did. After going back and forth, like them having to check with their head office if I qualify for a membership hold, the manager there informed me that I do not qualify (that is after failing to call me back when he promised and me having to call them back). From a personal point of view, this bothered me cause their contract was not clear as to what a short term membership is, i think this was unfair and if i thought my time was worth the nearly 100$ dollars i lost i would have pursued this with the Consumer protection office. From a professional and business point of view, those guys do not have a clue about what they are doing. The do not see any value in a client..especially a client who came through a recommendation from a friend, which is basically the best type of client. Instead of freezing my membership for a few weeks, they have lost my money (will never ever join a Nautilus Plus club again), gained negative publicity as i will gladly share my honest experience if someone asks, lost my lifetime value as a client including the services I could have bought as extra while i was there (instead of the 6 weeks when I had to stay home with a broken arm)... Not very smart, nor fair...
