Also - the person who called me was quite brusque, and blamed the technician rather than the company that makes no plans for a backup when their technician is unavailable. Think about this - early detection is important in treatment but Overlake Imaging is fine making people wait months to get test results.

I had an MD eval, labs, a CT scan, and a fluid bolus, and I was out of there in a little over an hour. For anyone not in healthcare, that is wildly impressive. Considering most wait times in the ER or urgent care can easily exceed 6-8 hours, this experience really stood out to me and absolutely warranted a review update. The clinic was super clean, organized, and the whole process felt incredibly streamlined from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything moving quickly without making the experience feel cold or rushed. That is a hard balance to strike in healthcare, and they nailed it. I do not impress easily when it comes to medical workflows, and this place absolutely delivered.

His explanations were vague, dismissive, and barely met the minimum standard of care. I ended up getting more useful information from the medical assistants than from him. After being fitted with a leg brace, I asked a few basic questions such as what position my leg should be in and how long I should wear it. Instead of giving clear guidance, he responded with "I don't know". I cannot fully straighten my leg after my fall, so I asked whether it needed to be straight in the brace or simply kept in a comfortable position. Rather than answering professionally, he mocked me and mimicked the way I was walking, claiming it was "almost impossible" to walk with a bent leg ... That is exactly how I had been forced to walk into the clinic due to the pain in my knee when attempting to straighten it. Being dismissed, mocked, and given inadequate medical guidance while in pain is completely unacceptable. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly appalling. I would strongly advise others to AVOID seeing this doctor. The rest of the medical staff were lovely.

This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome in the space. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go to the desk downstairs, which I promptly obliged. Upon arriving at the desk downstairs, I was not greeted or even looked at. I announced my name and that I was there for my 11 o'clock appointment and apologized for being five minutes late. She then proceeded to tell me that I was going to need to reschedule and that my check-in time was actually 10:45. I explained to her that whoever I spoke to on the phone told me to be there at 11am not 10:45, and if I would've known I needed to be there early I would've shown up early. She explained to me how they supposedly have on file a reminder call in which I never received, no voicemail left, as well as never receiving any type of email confirmation explaining that I needed to be there early. After typing away on her computer for another five minutes, I asked her what she is doing, and she expresses that she's trying to find a new time for our appointment. At this point, I am frustrated, and now 15 minutes past my appointment time. I let her know that I am uninterested in using their services and exit the building with extreme relief that I never have to be in this environment ever again. After the experience in this extremely unwelcoming environment, with extreme lack of flexibility (even 5 mins), and complete disregard for any type of logistical organization, I will never be returning. And drove away with a huge smile on my face that they will not be receiving one dime from me or my insurance company. I am also very excited to let my primary care physician know so that he never has to send a patient here ever again as a referral. His patients deserve so much more than what you all have to offer, which is apparently very little. This business is an embarrassment to the Bellevue medical community, and what an absolute shame for patients that they have to deal with such a lackluster business. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! UPDATE: My sister has received a service here. They left her on the exam room table, half naked, for over an hour before she received her scan. She was in her teens at the time and too scared to get up and disregard her primary care physician's orders. We will be alerting all women we know within the greater Seattle area to never come to this sub-par establishment.

Their personnel are quite polite and sensitive the comfort of the patient. While in the waiting room during one of our bi-monthly visits, a woman came in and wanted an infusion. While I (and I'm sure they!) definitely would not suggest this approach whatsoever, it does show how much they work to accommodate their patients. I definitely would not try that with my Overlake GP in Issaquah, where when I was 20 minutes late due to traffic, was told to leave and reschedule weeks/months out. I saw the low rating here, with very few responses, so felt I should comment as to our very good experiences with this organization.

I originally tried to book with Dr Dada but learned she was not accepting new patients. And I wasn't even sure that I wanted to keep my appointment after that. After additional testing where my markers didn't come back super high, but I knew the pain I was having wasn't fake. They really listened to me and treated me with care and concern. I've since been visiting with a PA, Christopher D, and his care and bedside manner is top tier. The treatment plan and follow up plan is helping to manage my pain. And for that I'm grateful. The staff at the desk is friendly and helpful. You do have to wear a mask in the entire facility. I did not understand this at first but knowing the people who come here are dealing with auto immune issues, I really respect that they do this.

We even called two days before the appointment to confirm, and we were told it was still scheduled. We arrived today and were suddenly told the appointment had been canceled with no explanation and no prior notification. We never received a call, message, or any notice. I called the main RAYUS center, and their customer service representative told me my dad's doctor had canceled the referral. I immediately contacted the doctor's office, and they confirmed that they did NOT cancel the referral and that it was still active. So who actually canceled the appointment? Why was nobody notified? And why were we given conflicting information? After waiting a month and taking the time to confirm the appointment, this is completely unacceptable. Patients and families should not be sent back and forth because RAYUS staff failed to properly check the appointment and referral. Very poor communication, customer service, and staff training. I hope management looks into what happened and takes steps to prevent other patients from experiencing the same situation.
