They strike a very nice balance between setting prices that will ensure items sell without giving them away. They also are easy to negotiate with if you take the right tact. I also appreciate the organization of their sales. Items are thoughtfully arranged, prices are clearly labeled, and it's evident that the team takes great care to prep the homes. They have a consistent system with their lists on the morning of the first day and move people in fairly quickly. What truly sets this company apart though, is their outstanding staff. Their team is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly pleasant to interact with. They are always ready to assist, offering insights into the history and value of items. Their warmth and professionalism make every visit enjoyable. I especially enjoy speaking with the gentleman who usually oversees the tools. Five Stars!

Jim learned I depend on my phone 24/7 so he found the time......to aid me in my plight. After 45 minutes and after researching the issue...I was restored to A-1. He had me view the broken internals and see and FEEL why replacement parts were needed. (As a consumer, i do appreciate that learning!) He also installed ORIGIONAL Samsung replacement parts....showing me the pack each came in. Their listings have almost no useful descriptions - just "as-is" disclaimers with little to no real condition details. I tried texting/calling/emailing with simple questions about an item and got zero response for like a week. I also accidentally placed a bid, then realized the condition was worse than it looked, and they completely ghosted my request to cancel. I honestly don't understand how estates can trust them to liquidate valuable items when they won't communicate and won't properly describe what they're selling. No other estate auction company I've dealt with operates this way, most provide clear, detailed descriptions and condition notes. It's also no surprise their auctions have very low bidding activity and they keep extending the deadline. On top of that, their 19% buyer's premium is ridiculous. Most reputable companies charge 18%, and at least they provide solid descriptions and properly represent items. This company doesn't even do the basics, yet expects people to pay more. The extra 1% barely makes a difference for them financially, but it says a lot about how cheap and poorly run this operation is. I would not recommend their service, and bidders should be extremely careful.
