To begin with, she was SO responsive and respectful to me and listened well while being firm on her price; I think I'm a pretty aggressive negotiator but she presented her basis for her final price in a cogent, kind fashion and I was embarrassed to press any further. She went ahead and paired the actual watch with her own iPhone and Apple ID right there at the sales counter, as I simply wanted to be sure the Series 4 loaded apps and operated properly. Again, she did all of this respectfully and efficiently and then she finished the transaction flawlessly. Her store was very clean, well organized and safe compared to other pawn shops. It really felt like a beautiful indoor consignment shop, to be honest. My seven year old daughter was with me at the time and had a blast looking at all the beautiful jewelry and guitars. Finally, I have to say I came here first and read Yelp reviews before physically going there, but unfortunately all of these reviews here could not have been with the same person. There's an old metaphor called Wittgenstein's ruler, that basically says you can apply logic and learn more about the thing used to measure something than the thing you're measuring. I think the previous people that wrote reviews here must have just been having a bad day, or maybe got into an accident that day. My experience with Natalia was professional, efficient, and a fantastic economic transaction. I'm proud to know she is operating a pro- customer small business here in Monmouth County.
