I had ordered a custom-made sofa-sectional from North Carolina. It was to be delivered cross-country from NC all the way out to San Jose, California!! When it arrived (it took ~ 1 week to get here) one part of the sectional was damaged. The top of the sofa was dented and the bottom of the sofa was pushed in. It had obviously taken a beating from the long drive out to me. I contacted the furniture maker and told them that the sofa was damaged. They were very, very sorry and assured me that they would make it all right. The made a new section of the sofa and sent it off again via Bgx. Bgx arrived today with the sofa; I looked it over carefully. It was in pristine condition. The 2 gentlemen (delivery guys) even help set it up for me. Greg made a personal call to me to apologize profusely for the damaged piece, and to verify that the new section was received in perfect condition. Stuff happens!! I'm forgiving. Greg's responsiveness and excellent customer service gained him his well-deserved 5 star review.
