If you stop to chat with the owners, they are friendly and can tell you the history of most items in their stores. The antiques they sell are on the higher end of the price spectrum, but are also grade A items. I've enjoyed browsing there several times over the years. Another reviewer has made claims of racism because they were monitored while they browsed. I was in my mid-teens when I first visited their store and I, who appear to be white, was monitored. Though a bit distracting, I didn't take it personally. If you are looking for first class antiques stop by their place and have a look around. If they get to know you and you're respectable, they won't hover as much. As for Midland Texas, only people that weren't born and raised in the community mistakenly see racism everywhere. They see what they want to see.
