The furniture was wrapped at that point. when they unloaded there was BLACK streaks all over my couches. my big couch was broken in the center. there is black dust all over the couches. They broke four bookshelves. several pieces of glass cause there is glass all throughout as I unloaded. The topper is while they were in my home and used the restroom one of them left a middle finger on my bathroom wall in the black dust. VERY SORRY I PICKED THIS COMPANY: LOST AND BROKEN FURNITURE…read more I thought choosing this company because it was local and has been in business for decades was a wise and logical choice. Boy, was I wrong! I don't know how they managed it, but two items that werenot small were lost in a move that was just down the road. Also, the movers reassembled a bed incorrectly and it broke a few weeks later. A new bed frame was given to me shortly afterwards, but after more than a year, I have not received compensation for the lost items. I allowed them a long time to track down the missing items, before filing a claim, but they were not able to find them. Another problem is that I paid hundreds of dollars extra to have the movers do special careful packing. They grumbled about the move taking much longer than usual. I would think/hope that they were notified that it would take longer due to the extra care I opted and paid for, but it seems they were not. They brought no food or water and did not plan on taking any breaks. They brought no food or water for themselves. I gave them water them and insisted they take a break. On, the plus side, all the people I spoke with, both movers and managers, were very friendly and polite, and the other items were handled with care.

Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Thank you guys for a great experience.
