Well, Ms Cindy W., first you really need to calm down. There are two sides to every single story on the face of this God given earth. So, instead of being so angry and irate over problems you have with the owner, ask for a meeting with 2 witnesses. Not of your own choosing but passerbys. Conflict is healthy but spreading it is not.
I have had nothing but great service from this establishment and the lady who is always there, is cordial, nice, professional, and always lets me know if I should use them or take it to the post office. She gives me a choice. I give Pack n Mail an A+++ here in Fairfield. read more
